Rude and dishonest staff, they stole 9.99 of Now TV card. Chaotic, more like a shopping mall than a bookshop. I recommend going to Feltrinelli, Giunti, Libraccio and in the small bookstores you will find the same things.

I find Mondadori Megastore among the best megastores in Milan to be found from the latest book releases to the highly successful books of past years. Before traveling I always go in the tourism department and the guides that I find are of considerable support. On the upper floors there is a computer and music department that is always up-to-date and you can book tickets for the concerts of the various artists who perform during the season in the city.
The coffee shop on the ground floor has recently been enriched with sandwiches, focaccia stuffed pizzas with different flavors not to mention desserts. The goodness of the chocolate cake, the delicacy of the cheesecake and the variety of desserts offered make it a pleasant meeting point as an event not to be missed

The girls on the ground floor are also kind, but the problem is elsewhere and is so disturbing that it totally spoils the experience. Let's start with the boy on the third floor, whose rudeness is hinted at, but he could still be saved in extremis. The biggest problem was those who organized the signature copy of the famous singer Francesco Renga, so rude and rude as to negatively shake all the sensory organs, starting from hearing. Opposed to the character of Renga, sympathetic and very approachable, they treated everyone present with extreme rudeness, as if they had been soldiers under a heavy military regime, putting them in a hurry and anxiety and preventing them from taking any innocent pictures.
