I went because I was looking for accessories for reading ... and they were there but in a very small variety ... they don't attract us much to reading.

Nice place .. very forbidden .. but in the center you expect more

Wide choice and selection of Italian and international books and magazines. The range of accessories for PCs / phones / tablets is also very varied. Music department well stocked.

I don't think there's much to say, a great bookstore is what it is. always very wide choice of books and it is easy to navigate between the categories. there are also more remote books and there are also many comics. the bathrooms could be better and the elevator is a little slow to arrive. I always appreciate the temporary exhibitions on the top floor

The restaurant is dispersive, the bad bars, not for product consumed but for the customer service

I went during the Christmas hectic shopping days and was looking for a travel package box. The guy in charge was very helpful and took all the necessary time to assist my choice. At the till instead they seemed a bit stressed in a not so friendly kind of attitude.. Which is why i didnt give 5 stars. Overall good.

It looks great but is small, always clogged with customers. Well-stocked books and technology department. Staff service to be reviewed.

You can find everything! Council best organization on the occasion of signing copies, 5 people left them out of the room for security reasons .... Without the possibility of hearing an interview, at least tell them that it is a limited number and limited participation!

Awesome look, haven't experienced the toilet though but most things are overpriced. Range of goods is high, books are abundant by the Italian langauge, at one section there are some interesting english novels and classic books. Everything except groceries is here, plus a cafe is adjacently connected to the store. Edit : Not enough long range diversity of English Books

Beautiful store.! You can find any book that crosses your mind as well as a large number of objects and gadgets. The refreshment area is also beautiful. I would say a real cultural gem in the center of Milan

Well-stocked library, excellent magazine and video library. Convenient combination with the bar, some problems with the toilet. The best organized departments are the one for children with a small space dedicated exclusively to them and the spacious basement with themed areas.

The shop is divided into three floors and you can really find everything for its purpose. Being at the square of Duomo this place needs more space. They have a lot of stuff. From book, supplies, entertainment, electronics, and the hold book signing events. They have GameStop inside. My big problem is the elevator. I can t take stairs for physical problems. Waiting for the elevator is a pain in the butt. Slow and go wherever it wants to go. I recommend to look at the prices because they don t have the cheapest price but sometimes the have promos on various items.

Very fortunate, I had entered without having in mind a book to buy. I remembered, after some exploration rounds, that I would have gladly started reading Harry Potter and then, I went straight to the shelves dedicated to Harry Potter and I took the first two chapters. There was a lot of spinoff, but maybe next time
