She definitely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen and offers suggestion and tries to suggest the most efficient and cost effective way to treatment. She is an amazing Dr.

Finally finding a dermatologist that is sensitive to the unique skin care care needs of a woman of color was amazing! As a woman approaching 60 with a history of acne and skin discoloration issues, I appreciated the time she took to thoroughly examine my skin and explain methods for long-term solutions. Very professional environment and staff.

Had a few appointments with Dr. Adams. Long wait times to see the doctor, while very short time actually with the doctor. Had two moles biopsied. The first one was fine, but the second one was not numbed enough and was very painful and she did not even apologize when I told her I felt everything.

She was very informative. It was my first visit,she made me feel comfortable .

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was seen quickly, had my questions answered thoroughly, and was given a treatment plan that made sense. I feel very comfortable and happy with Dr Adams. I have finally found a dermatologist that I can stick with!

Dr. Adams is a nice physician, and I would have liked to continue to see her.

I've never had such an awful experience with such a disorganized office and incompetent receptionist staff. I managed to schedule a small procedure inside my already very busy schedule at 7:30AM (30 minutes after they're supposed to open). I arrive only to find the office is still locked and I wait an hour for someone to show up to no avail.

I received no confirmation for my appointment, so I attempted to call the office several times before hand during their working hours, only to find out they're out for lunch 60% of their working hours. They never returned my calls despite repeated attempts to get in touch with them.

Dr Adams is the best dermatologist I have ever had. She is very considerate and she know how to treat her patients. One on one impressionable and professional.

0 stars. I was excited to finally find someone I thought could help me. I booked an appt online and waited for about 3 weeks. The day before my appt I received an email that my appt was cancelled. Prior to this I called the practice NUMEROUS times just to make sure they took my insurance. I have left 2 VMs (once in the beginning when I booked) and once after they cancelled. I just called today (4/8/19) and someone finally picked up the phone stating that the cancellation was probably an insurance issue.

I'm actually glad I wont have to deal with them if this is what happened prior to me even going. Where is the customer service? She stated that someone from the practice probably called me in addition to the cancellation email. They did not. Even if they did, no one returned my phone call when I left a message inquiring why my appt was cancelled.

5 stars - Dr. Adams is very personable. My teenage daughter raved about how nice Dr. Adams is and her acne cleared up within a matter of weeks!!

Dr. Adams is kind, intelligent and professional. I am very satisfied with every procedure.

ZERO STARS They ask you to come in and early and then you wait 1 hour after your appointment time. Then she withholds test results until you pay in full what your insurance doesn't cover. she wants you to come in to discuss results that could be discussed or given on phone just so she can charge you an office visit. Still don't have my results. unethical and rigid practices.
