Shared office space. Large and comfortable common area. Lots of hot desk at this location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast WiFi and clean and safe environment to get work done.

I worked at WeWork Penn Station for roughly a year and a half, and it was a pleasurable experience. WeWork locations typically have similar culture and design, which are generally quite trendy and aesthetically pleasing.

Of course prospective companies are going to want to rent from WeWork that are more conveniently located for their endeavors, but if all is held equal, the customer service experience you will get at WeWork - Penn Station is unrivaled. Bianca and Derrick, specifically, were there each morning to greet you, answer any questions, and go out of their ways to ensure you and your company are having a great experience. They do this with smiles on their faces. Even in the face of adversity, when we were having prolonged issues with the elevators, Bianca, Derrick and the whole staff remained positive and candor with the progress of the fix.

In summary, coming to the office each day was a breeze, knowing I'd be entering into an upbeat, high-energy, positive atmosphere, created and maintained by Bianca, Derrick and the staff.

They have tables with charging extensions underneath, the design aesthetic looks really nice, and it's great place to schedule an event or get some work done. The furniture is cozy, and ergonomic, WeWork understands who they are marketing themselves to. They have dedicated laptop tables for couches, and beverage stands. I've only seen the 2nd floor lounge, 9th floor conference room, and the 10th floor kitchen. Very clean well maintained and ergonomically designed for the workers within the tech industry.

Fun place to work and socialize. Great daily events. Friendly staff. Cappuccinos and beer flow daily. Say 'hi' to Amanda!

Currently working at the Penn Station WeWork, and it's fabulous! Every floor has a super chic design, and the weekly happy hours are a great way to network, or just relax at the end of the week. The staff here are all incredibly helpful, friendly, and just fabulous all around (Shout out to Derrick, Bianca, Shir-el, and Austin!) All in all, its just a great place for a start up or small company, with a variety of office sizes, and conference rooms for different needs, and a great vibe. You can't go wrong here!

BPI meets up here for myriad events, and check- in is always a hassle and the elevators painfully slow. Once we arrive at our destination, however, these space is always clean, inviting, well- equipped, and I especially appreciate the amenities in the bathroom.

High density office space. Well done and we'll maintained interior. Friendly customer service. Every floor has kitchen and two restrooms for each binary gender. Glass walls and half walls lead to visual distractions. Music in restroom can be toned down by request. Office management requests can be done in app by tenant officials or via email by any guest/worker.

The most pleasurable place to work. I am so grateful to work here. Everyone who works here is supportive, hardworking, thoughtful and friendly. My team includes Kyle, Joel, Shir-el, Bianca , Joseph and Derrick the best !!!! Also Austen thank you and I will miss you ! Good luck in your new position.
