There are constant problems with the rewards. Last time I wanted to withdraw 30 from me, it took forever and I had to intervene several times until I finally got the money in my account. Then I was "accidentally" transferred 60 and I had the hassle of transferring 30 back. Now I've been waiting for my Amazon voucher for months (I wrongly assumed that it would be faster than paying out to the bank account). You are always put off and fed with nice words. I don't feel like doing that anymore. At least I would like to be compensated for my efforts and you cannot rely on that here. As soon as my award has arrived, I will delete my account.

Invitations to surveys come regularly, but once you have collected enough points, which takes a long time anyway, the payment is not made. There are always explanations and excuses on request, but nothing else happens.

Unfortunately, I feel the same way. Has been excused three times with excuses. So I think we shouldn't answer surveys anymore. Maybe you should take legal action. (Class action) I don't think it would be a small sum. For me it is alone 170

I wait since the middle of last year for the payout of 3000 points (good 30 euros) I have, however, by reviewing my membership account discovered 2 weeks ago that this company never paid. Thereupon mail, re-mail I would be paid this week. Nothing has happened, no answer from the company anymore. Either they are on the verge of bankruptcy, or most dubious, fingers off!

Dear former Fa. Opinion, how would it have been to inform the customers about the bankruptcy ?? Where is the credit of "Mein Meinungsraum"? Absolutely questionable, dubious and morally reprehensible practices (even the liquidator could have gone to the trouble of making a circular to the customers) and the polls were done in vain. Thanks for nothing! Have fun with the money, which actually belongs to the customer, I hope you sleep well. Goodbye forever!

I've been waiting for the payment of 30 euros since February 2017! I think they went bankrupt.

Also no payout since 2016. Until then, everything always worked. Scam.

After 8 months waiting for an amount of 40 euros to be paid out to the account and a few e-mails (no one can be reached in the meantime), I have now canceled.
Last time it took several months and several complaints before I was sent a voucher from Spar.
Very questionable methods are used here.

It was once okay, now absolutely dubious. I collected a lot and have now exchanged my bonus points for a 100 voucher from Louis. I've been waiting for the voucher for over 3 months. At first no response to emails, then after a call, but only flimsy, meaningless excuses and consolation for the next implementation date. Addendum: I still received the voucher after 5 months. But I never got 2 previous Amazon vouchers. It is not advisable to register there.

Unfortunately, I had to make just as bad experience with this platform. My payout is now already 4 months in coming. Guilt is the "holiday situation".
Absolutely unserious provider, just keep your fingers off !!!

I have to agree with the bad rating that has already been given: the provider has updated and "modernized" its bonus page, but there is still no question of fast. For a cash payment in the amount of 20 or 30 euros, waiting times of 2 months were common, today there are no cash payments anymore. The best premium currently available is an Amazon voucher, and I've been waiting for it for over a month. Either there is unfair competition or there are massive liquidity problems!
