Every proposed Ad and marketing initiative sent through consistently hits the mark and requires minimal edits - something I appreciate as a time-poor 'one woman show'! If you're looking for social media advertising that delivers results, I cannot recommend Natasha and the team highly enough.

Paid 10K plus advertising costs for very little results. After cancelling the service and numerous times asking to stop being invoiced, am invoiced regularly with reminders and overdue notices constantly. Again now 4 months after cancelling (and contacting the company around 10 times now), am still being invoiced constantly. Was not going to leave a negative review, although I my email to cancel the service was never replied to and was very disappointed with the results. I feel the lack of professionalism and this ongoing harassment is now beyond frustrating.

After researching Megaphone's past reviews and speaking to their business consultant (Alanah) who took her time to explain everything and answer all questions, we decided to go ahead. Having been burnt before by multiple agencies I had almost given up on the industry as a whole until I came across Megaphone Marketing ! We are only a small business however after a call with Kia she ran me through an in depth marketing plan for my business and worked out what I needed.
