I went for an interview last week. Facility looks great. Company has a medical coding department which I was thrilled to find out because I went school that closed for medical coding. Now I can complete it and have a new goal to work towards. I am very excited about my new possibilites because that same day I got a call back with an offer for the customer service job! I'm Hired!!!

I interviewed last week for the HR Generalist position. HR manager seemed very knowledgeable and had a lot of great things to say about the Organization. I also met with the General Counsel who also had a lot of great things about the company. I hope I'm the selected candidate if not me Congratulations to the individual who gets chosen.

I worked here and worked hard. We get commission off of appointments and it bridges upon ethics. Should I advise someone of their entitlement to a service but at what cost? My supervisors were racist and would distribute any higher earning salesman appointments to the rest of their team to make it look as if they were "coaching". This is a middle man company. You can easily just call your healthcare provider and they will provide these services. Businesses such as these bill your medical insurance company on top of your visit, it essentially increases premiums. The CEO claims to be a self made man but comes from southern California with MD as parents. I highly suggest just calling your health care provider for any and all needs. Go to your primary care.

I had a very good experience. Dr. James Jordan arrived on time and the service he provided doing the eye exam was very professional. I would like to thank him and the people at United Healthcare for taking care of this and me not having to leave my home!

Very good doctor. He was thorough and quick and answered some questions that I was concerned about. Very helpful

PA was professional and friendly. There were a few questions that should be included. 1. What are your (patients) health concerns? They ask question: "would you say your health has improved, stayed the same, or declined?" Wouldn't it make sense to know the reason behind our answer? 2. What do you (patient) think would help with your health? She did ask if there was any further durable medical equipment I felt I needed to assist with my disabilities. However, I have to make connections with insurance to start process with doctors orders that I require PT and home help aid. It was understanding that MedXM would be working in conjunction with my PCP. Therefore, when MedXM sends their assessment to PCP should they also follow through with PCP and insurance to obtain and meet my needs?
