Medsurg. Pathology Associates is an accredited licenced laboratory.

This "business" is likely a scam. Most notably, they are not accredited or recognized at all by the Better Business Bureau. They do not have a website, and their online listings (if you google the company name) has several different variations of the company name (inconsistent spacing and capitalization) as well as a different address in comparison with their name and address on their bills.

I received a duplicate bills from this "company" as well as another company for pathology testing. My doctor said they sent the pathology for testing to the second (and well-known company) only. Concerned with why I had two bills, I called Medsurg. Not only did my bill from Medsurg have my named misspelled, but I spoke to a woman who spoke poor english, could not tell me what services Medsurg provides, what my bill was exactly for, nor if they in any way worked with the second well-known company who also billed me. She said she would send my concern to the research department and they would get back with me to explain this bill (which they never did). I looked into this further by calling the second company, who said they did not send the sample to anyone else, nor did they work with or had even heard of Medsurg.

Very expensive and insurance couldn't cover hardly anything. Stuck with a big bill. I don't even know if I trust the results.

Insurance didn't cover test, very unwilling to work out a discount. Now I am stuck with a 700.00 bill. Great timing, No heart! feed my family or pay, sent to collections! The saga continues! paid the d__m bill, money taken out of my account...a month later are returning the $i..they "don't take electronic payments!

They were good until they were not. They decided to focus on larger clinics/practices and forced us to call for results. Ended up going to another pathology company. Pathologist Dr. Mesa is excellent which is why this is not a 1 star review.
