Wonderful experience. They are very nice and helpful.

Whoever is at the front with the temperature check in is very rude! She didn't greet or even say anything when I first walked in. I said "hi" twice and no response. She proceeded to bark orders for me to have my temperature taken. "Turn to the side! Step back! Wait! Fine you can go!" That's all she said. Everyone is usually so nice.

I like it here a lot. The staff are great, attentive and make sure to address your needs. They are very clean and sanitary. They wipe everything down and make sure they are as cautious as possible. The facility is also nice and neat. I would recommend this location.

So far so good I ve been going about a month and really like it the occupational therapist are great I just need more time with the physical therapist for my walking but they hsmsve been able to get me scheduled for a new leg brace that will help going forward

My experience at the front desk was very good.

The therapist Maya has been very pleasant good. Sio far mt experience here has been great.

Nurses don t want to give pain meds (opioids) when a patient makes a request and is really in need. My nurse came in and asked me if I needed my pain meds after I made the request several times, nurse Sonya seemed to have a problem with me. My first request was at 4:25pm she walked out and has returned and it is now 5:15pm. I am thinking that I made a huge mistake coming to this rehab hospital.
I would not recommend anyone to choose coming here.

Wonderful service. Very professional, kind, passionate, and competent providers work here. There is a great atmosphere of learning and altruism.

Over the years I have had three different injuries and conducted rehabilitation at MedStar National Rehabilitation Center. I have had rehabilitation services with other providers due to my insurance restrictions at the time and frankly they do not compare. The staff at MedStar National Rehabilitation Center is knowledgeable, very supportive, and I have exceled in my rehabilitation when I use their services.

I really felt they were there for me and helping me with my pain .and the lady at registration Mrs angelique was really helpful with get me sign in she was pleasant and Maya helped me with my treatment plan giving me tools I need to be able to do the exercises I need to do in between treatment

I went up to see my wife twice and the nurses on 3-West were very much respectful, loyal to their duties and very much dedicated to serving the patients they were assigned to help. I have not been back since the 15th bcuz of the visitation time 1 hour setback. And I am not her only visitor tryna see her. But I will try to make it up to see her again.
