Threatened collections after messing up billing. I have repeatedly called with insurance information that they keep saying they will apply to my account. Instead of sending an adjusted statement, they sent me a final notice with the incorrect balance.
Missed ONE payment & they turned us over to a collection agency.
Were very respondent when called. Came for a non emergency situation.
Very poor communication skills between the staff, supervisors and new employees. When I started a couple of weeks ago, I was not told or informed of the dress code, nor did they state how long it should have taken someone to do their courses and tests, or during training, shown much of how to figure up a Time of Service. All they did was type numbers to a calculator and didn't explain thoroughly on how to calculate the Time Of Service (TOS). I made a minor miscalculation before actually putting in what I had calculated and the supervisor runs it by her supervisor and they let me go. Now that I know what my mistake was, it would've been put to better use for future reference. I had calculated the right amount of what it should have been and put it in the call notes. But was still let go, for a minor poor judgment on my calculation. But I know there will be something better out there for me.
We had a medical emergency at my church yesterday and an EMS Crew from Medshore responded. The EMS Crew was a male and female crew and they took excellent care of the person that had the medical emergency. I would like to say thank you this crew and let everyone know how good Medshore is about taking care of a person.
