They going to use you for your money. They going to lie and tell you they will help you get a job after the class sorry they are never going to call you back. The teacher don't know what they are talking about and most have nervous breakdowns please save your money it's a scam.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I called on Monday to get information about their CNA classes. The lady that answer the phone (extremely rude and unprofessional) stated To give me a call on Wednesday, today is pay roll day and I m loaded with work Ok no problem. I called on Wednesday. The same lady stated for me to call her next Tuesday and she would be able to help me then. I mentioned then that she had already told me to call her on today on Monday. She stated she knew what she had told me and she had some stuff come up so I could just call her on Tuesday. I said ok and hung up. This lady then calls me back and stated that I forgot to say bye and she felt that was rude and for me to find another school to attend. I don t know who the lady was but she is definitely the reason I will never step foot in that establishment.

I contacted Medlinc and spoke with the "Recruiter" (female that would not provide her name) and inquired about the cost and duration of the program. The "Recruiter" stated the only way to receive the information is to come to their location for an one hour orientation. Next, I requested to speak with the owner/manager of the establishment and the "Recruiter" stated very rudely , "They are going to tell you the same thing I'm telling you..." I requested the manager's name and the "Recruiter" would not provide the name after I requested several times. Further, the "Recruiter" asked if I was a business or individual (not sure of the relevance ). The Recruiter was very rude, unprofessional and confrontational. I would not recommend this program to anyone based on the unprofessionalism of the staff member. It is sad this program is on the recommended list for Vocational Rehab and Workforce and the community has to endure such harsh unprofessionalism and treatment. I can only imagine how one would be treated after enrolling in the program and becoming a student. It's sad they are the only place in the state where you can gain your CNA Certification; no wonder there is a shortage of nurses in AR. After treatment such as I endured; I can see where one would change their mind about going into the nursing field. Recommendation: Customer Service Training & Office Etiquette.

Just inquiring over the phone they're just rude and unprofessional and no patience. Arkansas has a high rate of unemployment because of the way people are treated by teachers and employers in this state. Stuck in their ways and don't respect young people.

Wonderful place with terrific staff!!!! the entire place is run by the Velez family and it's the only Joint Commission certified CNA school in the state of Arkansas! There is funding offered by AR Workforce, AR Rehabilitation Services, and a myriad of others. The classes are 2 / 4 weeks and they guarantee job placement through the connected medical staffing agency after completion of the course & fulfillment of your CNA certification. So glad I attended :) Love you Ms. Julie, Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Melanie, and my instructor, Ms. Sarah!!!!

okay. I attended this facility to get my CNA license.. Teresa is rude.. this is who the commenters are most likely referring too.. rude and defensive when students ask questions. the other lady was always drunk. i reported abuse to her during our clinicals and she told the CNA to be careful what she did around me.. that CNA then called me a snitch. I took the CPR class and never got my certification of it and they have no record of me attending. this was actually a waiste of time. they also did not help me find employment. understand that these cheap prices will result in working a job where you know nothing. this is not ok in the medical field. you need to know what youre doing. they need to have a better teaching program so that you actually learn and can work your new job with confidence.

The lady that owns the business has no clue of what s going on in her business. The big black gorilla that runs her busy,is very nasty rude and she talks down to you. She sexually harassed me for sex and I got put out because I didn t want to play her game. Beware of going into her office alone you might regret it if you don t play her game. Nappy hair looks like her just rolled out the bed wit Judy. They half teach to you will pay for a prep test something you should have got while attending class. They leave a lot out. And if your a company paying for someone beware don t. The say you get 2 uniforms but only give you one. But still want you to pay. Ima pay them 1 cent at a time she they breach their contract with me when the fails to teach something that I know we needed. If you want to be harassed for sex go here if you want to learn something do to IAMS they have a great program where I m going back to.

I spoke with a recruiter and she sounded very interested in working together, but when I called and emailed her the next day and the day after that, she never returned my emails and calls. Very disappointed, it could've been a long term business opportunity for both of us.
