Mediterranean Restaurant Review

Not recommend any people to this one as they are rude, impatient and their food are terrible. The food doesn't worth the price.

Great place to buy Italian and Mediterranean products, as well great Cafe with some awesome staff.

Good quality Italian goods but pricey. Good for a visit when you want to treat yourself. Cafe is excellent.

Food is great. Pizza is also really good. Some starters can be smaller then expected, but still, one of the best pizzas in chch

We shared a gnocchi and pizza - the gnocchi reminded me of Italy, and the pizza was authentic woodfired Italian pizza. Very delicious!! They also have a huge range of meats, cheeses, pasta, etc for platters and meals in their grocery store. I'll be back for some more gnocchi!

The only place in Christchurch to get real Italian produce. Especially parmesan cheese.

Beautiful Italian pizza and wild rice salad and the produce in the shop is always incredible. Coffee a little off the pace but not hugely disappointing.

Love this place. Just bought few things for the pantry this visit (risotto rice, gnocchi, pasta sauce) but can recommend the cafe too (and the balls of pizza dough!).

I have only tried the pizza: it is fantastic, very authentic and with high quality ingredients. I browsed through the store and they have a great selection of Italian products.

Amazing shop filled with Italian goodies, awesome flat whites and silky panna cotta with strawberries and pistachios!

Great selection of Mediterranean foods & wines at reasonable prices, makes this a destination of choice for us, not least the deli selection of great meats & cheeses on offer. And if that isn't enough to entice you, wait until you try their perfect, thin base Italian pizzas. We get a takeaway every week but it's well worth eating in too, as they have a great menu of homemade Italian meals & desserts to tease you as well (their tiramisu is irresistible).

The pizza here is EASILY the best in town... The best suggestion I can strongly give them: be open for dinner as well. I saw so many people planning pizza night in different days of the week but Friday, thinking about this place, and then (with disappointment) saying "oh right... It's closed today, it's not Friday..." Also, geez, they close way too early.. 5pm.... People go off work at that time...

Fantastic shop, such great Mediterranean food including cheeses, meats, fresh bread, Gelato, herbs spices etc. And of course if you don't want to cook you can eat in!

High quality food that s why it s a bit pricier than other places but it s worth it. Pizza is great and the coffee has a very good taste. There is also a market direct in the restaurant, where you can buy great Italian products.

Great stock of Italian foods, fantastic range of rice, including black rice, and also alternate grain pastas. Wine range is impressive and the delicatessen has a good range of salamis, prosciutto and cheeses. The restaurant serves delicious outdoor wood fired pizze, and the caesar salad is divine.

Great pizza! Myself and my partner noticed a great improvement over last year. The dough is much more tasty and digestible than in the past. I also believe the ingredients they used are a good quality. Very nice and polite staff as well.

The ambience of the place is amazing. Really is a lovely place to go for a romantic pizza date.

Food was divine but not enough service. Table not cleaned between customers, water glasses and cutlery not supplied when needed.

I was asked to go there by my wife and kuds. Was reluctant as I prefer regular Kiwi food. I had the mushroom pizza. It was fantastic. If I get asked again I will go like a robbers dog and have the mushroom pizza. Nice setting and service.
