The initial hiring manager was nice and polite however there is an obvious disconect and lack of communication among the entire staffing agency. Questions such as pay rate, location, and specific details about the job weren't able to be answered on spot, which should have been when extending an offer. The pay rate for the job position was not competive at all. I was hired for a position that was supposed to recieve paid lunches and weekly pay. My first check was incorrect because the payroll clerk was unaware the lunches should be paid (lack of communication/disconnect) The issue was later rectified. However, It's been 3 days shy of a month that I have worked and have yet to be paid for my 2nd week of employment. I faxed my timecard over (received a confirmation) on Friday after my shift and wasn't notified until late Thursday the next week (the day before payday) I wouldn't be paid due to a missing timecard. After resubmitting the timecard, I was later told it was incorrect (no one had explained BEFORE submiting the timecard how to properly fill it out to receive paid lunches. After corecting the issue I was told my payment would have to be processed late and I would receive a "live check" within 3-5days instead. It has been 2weeks and I haven't received my check. The staff does not not seem concerned nor are providing any ways to rectify the issue or accommodate me for the inconvience. Unorganized, lack of communication, and not professional with handling issues in a time effective manner

payroll is a big issue lately. I Have worked with MEDISCAN since 2007 but in the last 6 months we (the employees) have to beg to be paid properly. we have to fax the time sheets over and over and over to payroll to staffing coordinators and still as many as 20 hours of work can be missing. We are always blamed for the pay delay.Yelp reviews are one star, sad to see. It used to be a great place, but new people in the office I guess.

Excellent staff, caring, kind, friendly and professional folks to work with in a positive work environment. Pay is excellent and the hours are flexible. I work as a school psychologist and consultant for Mediscan. Best company I have ever worked for ever! Quick response time for questions and I get paid once a week. Perfect for part time and full time employees in a school system. Retirees and new hires alike are welcomed and encouraged. Really enjoy working with the recruiting staff. Thanks Mediscan! You are awesome.

I manage a busy Radiology Department and have used Mediscan in all modalities (x-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, C. T. MRI, Vascular). Their staff is competent, courteous and efficient.

Had an interview with 1 of the hiring managers, then met with founding member and it went south! He was very intimidating and I felt uncomfortable.....needless to say, never received any follow up from recruiter. :(

Worked as a Speech Pathologist for a city school system. My recruiter actually attempted to recruit me the year before but I asked her to call me back the next year. Well, she called back. My recruiter Ruth, is/was amazing! The company is decent. I didn't feel as though I had a lot of support if needed. I also must mention that I didn't really need support. I would definitely recommend this company for someone with experience. It may not be the best for a CF/1st year. The pay was great, benefits decent.

See for yourself. Yes the process is long and tedious, but well worth it in the end.

I've worked with MediScan since 1990. They've kept me employed and sent me to high end jobs and places where I was comfortable. As a mammographer Ana has been very instrumental in finding me work when I needed it. I'm grateful to God & to MediScan for keeping me employed.
