The initial hiring manager was nice and polite however there is an obvious disconect and lack of communication among the entire staffing agency. Questions such as pay rate, location, and specific details about the job weren't able to be answered on spot, which should have been when extending an offer. The pay rate for the job position was not competive at all. I was hired for a position that was supposed to recieve paid lunches and weekly pay. My first check was incorrect because the payroll clerk was unaware the lunches should be paid (lack of communication/disconnect) The issue was later rectified. However, It's been 3 days shy of a month that I have worked and have yet to be paid for my 2nd week of employment. I faxed my timecard over (received a confirmation) on Friday after my shift and wasn't notified until late Thursday the next week (the day before payday) I wouldn't be paid due to a missing timecard. After resubmitting the timecard, I was later told it was incorrect (no one had explained BEFORE submiting the timecard how to properly fill it out to receive paid lunches. After corecting the issue I was told my payment would have to be processed late and I would receive a "live check" within 3-5days instead. It has been 2weeks and I haven't received my check. The staff does not not seem concerned nor are providing any ways to rectify the issue or accommodate me for the inconvience. Unorganized, lack of communication, and not professional with handling issues in a time effective manner
