We have had Medigold for a few years now, seems like its getting worse every year. The standard answer when you call C/S is file a appeal. 2019 has been the worse. Mt Carmel turned 41 bucks over to collections because Medigold said was part of a Global Fee shouldn't been charged, get back on phone to tell MCE what Medigold stated and they said it wasn't. so in the middle and they just turn it over. There is others and from what I am finding out from Doctor Office people, I am not the only one complaining. So started a search as to compare what else is available. Good Luck

Been passed around from one provider to the next.
Misdiagnosed in February , which resulted in a 4 day hospital stay with surgery. Been dealing with the same issues for months.. still waiting on someone to get it together help me... Actually had a provider offer his services for FREE but Medigold said No we can t pay for the surgery center... wth?
Overall I am happy with my coverage. However, it is a serious problem that we can not receive affordable orthopedic and other therapy .It costs $45.00 per visit . Usual therapy is recommended 2 to 3 times per week . I personally was only able to go one time a week and then had to discontinue too early because of cost . As a result my left fingers retracted again and I have less mobility than before surgery . Something has to change .It seems this problem will create more medical cost and office visits in the long run for many people .
My mother, my sister, and myself have MediGold. Never had a problem with it.
Could not ask for better service and care of Medigold Doctors!

They go above and beyond which is refreshing for it being a free provider. They schedule you appointments and are easy to work with. Been with them a year. It's been great. They even just sent me a care package full of health goodies. Thank you!

I was a shiny new MediGold sign-up (same day as my call to Lisa). Needed my new plan subscriber ID for an appointment only 3 business days out. Called her back in 2 days. She was prepared for my call and had 100% of the info I needed ready. Fantastic customer service!
