I've had the pleasure of working with Medicus and my recruiter Laura Masessa for the past 3 years, including multiple current assignments in Boston, MA and Portland, ME. Laura is diligent, hard working, and most importantly is always available for any questions or issues I may run into. Overall, Medicus does a great job preparing physicians for various assignments, including assisting in the credentialing paperwork, and accurately describes the assignment s duties. When I do start an assignment, I am confident that the descriptions are accurate and the workload reasonable. Additionally, Laura is always re-working my schedule to accommodate a great work life balance. Strongly recommend and many thanks to Medicus and my recruiter!

I have been working with Medicus Healthcare Solutions full time for 8 months during the last year of the COVID-19 pandemic. I can t praise the Medicus Healthcare team enough for their excellence in communication, professionalism and work ethic during these unprecedented times. Absolutely everyone has been wonderful to work with during my last 8 months however a few really stand out. I have worked most closely with Allie Levesque my Recruiter. Her hard work and dedication behind the scenes does not go unnoticed. Additionally Allie is always quick to respond to any message or request that comes up and and really has been a excellent resource to help guide me through my first few contracts as an independent locum provider. Secondly I would like to acknowledge the flexibility, accessibility and collaboration efforts of both Allie and Elyssa Blades -Travel Logistics Coordinator. As Allie secures contracts required for employment, Elyssa makes the seamless transition to acquire travel and housing plans for me at each individual assignment. I have had a great experience working with Medicus and Tara Espinola who is my recruiter. I was originally placed by another agency in a permanent position which did not turn out to be a good fit for me. I had existing relationship with a few other locum agencies that let me down when I really needed to find work. Tara and I connected a few days prior to when things got really bad at the end of my permanent job. Tara was able to find me a locum opportunity the next day. I will forever be grateful for how hard working and caring Tara is. She is always available, fair and extremely proficient in getting things done. Her and Medicus are so far above and beyond any of my other recruiters and agencies and I refer all my friends to work with Medicus.

I also want to commend Erica in your travel department. Erica has been absolutely amazing at arranging my travel plans and gets things done last minute too which has not been the case with other agencies.

She has always managed to place me at the most desirable location that s easy access to my location, and great at scheduling my flights.

Medicus has been absolutely life saving and I will be forever grateful to Tara and Erica for their tireless work. While I may end up taking a permanent job, I know that I will always have time for locum assignments with Medicus as I feel they always have my best interests at heart.

Compared with three other locums agencies which I have experienced, Medicus Healthcare Solutions has been exceptional! Olivia Pizzano was my contact representative at Medicus, she is always on her game. Always, at the ready, working beyond hard to cover all the shifts I needed in our very busy Pediatric Surgery practice. She is professional, kind, personable an absolute pleasure to work with. My first locums experience couldn t have been better. Medicus made it easy for me to be flexible with my schedule. I really appreciated having a direct contact that could keep me updated on any information regarding the work opportunity. The organization was fair with their rates, and made travel needs often associated with locums work a breeze. We have been working closely together for months now in order to build a new Radiology practice at Blessing Hospital, which is where I am employed.
