Working with this staff was extremely easy and pleasant. They cared about finding me a job that fit my qualifications/pay above and beyond what I had in mind.

Adrianne Knepper is awesome! I met with her on a Tuesday had an interview on Thursday and was offered a position the following Monday! She was even patient enough to wait me when i was running late due to the weather. I would highly recommend this office!

I'd give Medical worx 0 stars if I could. I was sent out to a Clinic that had 3 people before me due to the attitude of the client being awful. I got sick and was waiting for my covid 19 test results back. During this time I had kept in touch the client whom I was working for in the loop, about a day later I got a call from Makenzie stating that she heard I was awaiting my covid results seemed understanding. Over the next 2 days she had an awful attitude about me getting sick with covid. I was to return a key I was giving by the client when I spoken to them they said I needed to return it in their hand knowing I was positive for covid. I had the key sanitized and returned via postal carrier taking precautions not to spead or come in contact with anyone for the quarantined 14 days. I received a call stating they received my envelope but some how not the key and stating it was torn. Now I was being told that my check will be held n I might not be paid although the key was returned and the office received the key. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT go to MedicalWorx they are one of those scamming recruiters that will not pay you for the honest work or hours you put in for them. I have never worked with people as unprofessional as MedicalWorx, save your self the time and drama with these women who work for this company. I expected a professional experience and it was disappointing and the only time I have ever experienced bad communication with a staffing agency with my field of work. Shame on MedicalWorx for taking advantage of people especially during the time of a pandemic knowing people need every bit of their pay.

Employers Beware! While under contract with them as our staffing agency, they sent me the resume of one of our employees and then hired him.

This is a good staffing company to go though.
They are all friendly and very helpfull. Ive gone though several staffing companies and this one worked their magic fast.
They met with me on a Friday. Then called me Monday with a position to interview. I acually ended up getting a call by the time i got back home from the interview saying they wanted to hire me.
They even got me set up for the drug screening right away and immediately semd new hire paperwork.
This company has given me a very plesent experiance and i would deffentley recomind them to anyone looking for a medical position.

I Spoke With Lindsay We Had An Interview And Everything. She Told Me It Was Going To Be A Waiting Game But She Would Keep Me Posted. Literally 3 Weeks After Our Interview I Emailed Her To See If She Heard Anything And She Told Me Not Yet But She Is Still Sending My Resume Out And Will Keep Me Posted. It s Has Been 2 Almost 3 Months Since I Heard From Her! I Emailed Her And Everything, Yet No Response! It s Very Annoying When Ppl Act Like They Can Help You But Can t Even Respond To You And Let You Know What s Really Going On! I Give Them 0 Stars For Customer Service & Anybody I Know Get A Interview Here I Will Tell Them About This Company. Really Thought They Was Going To Help Me.

I had a bad experience with a staffing agency in the past and I was not too sure about this one, but I m glad I did because I was able to get a job right away!!

I did an interview with Mary (the president) on May 8th. I thought everything went well I was honest during the interview and she told me they were going to run my background check and criminal check and to call back by Monday (May 13th) if I didn t hear anything from them by that Friday the 10th. So I give a call the lady(Mindy or Megan) that answered the phone took down my info and said Mary wasn t in but she would speak to her. Following day I give a call asking for Mary again & the girl that answered the phone says Mary is with an important person right now but she will give you a call back, Mindy/Megan already spoke to her about you keep in mind I didn t tell her my name or give her my number. So I said okay, I ll just wait. It s the end of the month and I haven t heard nothing or got a call back. I see they are still hiring for receptionist in the DFW Area on Indeed and Glassdoor & I always click apply and never get a call back or an email. They specifically could have said Hey we don t have anything that fits your qualifications or near your area or something instead of getting the run around.

MedicalWorx is the best! I just moved to Dallas from Indiana in late December. I received an email from Adrianne to discuss a position, got an interview and was hired the next day! Now I've been with the company a month and was recently hired on permanently!! Adrianne has always been available for all of my questions and I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a great job!
