Best healthcare system in DFW! Medical City Healthcare provides wonderful care to their patients.

Horrible horrible horrible.. waited for hours and then way treated very poorly. This facility had training going on . The nurses were asking the patient what dosages of medicine to give, they couldnt find notes in the system for anything . The procedure was done at the facility and noone seemed to know anything. Not a smooth or good experience.

Medical Staff is quick to kick out a patient while they are still in pain after surgery. 3rd time we are here and once Sunday comes they will discharge without a proper explanation. 2x they have done this and had to be back due to complications. Then they remove dressing from her surgery and dont replace them at all. No pain meds and no prescription for more.

They dont care about patients, all they care about is their metrics and turning beds, like a cheap restaurant will do.

Giving out false information to the public. With this false information they are putting the public's health at risk. The lung illness is not from vaping nicotine eliquids it is from thc cartridges bought off the street. Out of all the cases that have been tested 90% was positive for thc.
