My outpatient procedure at the Medical Center of Trinity was an excellent experience. From the point of arrival and check in to the pre-op and post-op care, the staff was courteous and kind and I thank them all so much for being such a great team of doctors and nurses and supporting staff!!

The facility was clean and staff was courteous!! I was in and out and felt much better after the care they provided!! Phaedra was amazing! She was kind, caring and moved quickly to make sure I was cared for! Thank you!
Overall I was impressed with Trinity Medical Center. It was very clean! I m no doctor but I feel that there is some room for improvement in the ER protocol but otherwise a nice facility.
I understand that there is a pandemic going on but 1 visitor a day. Your better off saying no visitors.
Please explain as to why I have to remove my mask and put on a surgical mask? My mask is more reliable. Your nurses aren t wearing a mask.
Your volunteers in the front were so rude about everything we asked them.
My father was admitted Sunday evening and at some point spilled the urinal on himself, he was still in the same smelly clothes Monday evening when I went up to see him.
ER staff was amazing and very helpful.
Discharge was a disaster
I was scheduled for procedure and was greeted by the front desk they saw me with a cane and told me its a bit of a walk so a volunteer wheeled me to the surgery center everyone was polite ,friendly, and checking in was quick I was brought back to get prepped the nurses, and staff were truly professional and caring and making me comfortable with a warm blanket. Asked me if i knew the procedures I was having and I did. Wasn t to long after the took me to surgery.After in recovery I was addressed by the nurse if I would like something to eat or drink . I would highly recommend this facility. Very satisfied .
I was hospitalized from 08-11-21 till 08-17-21. After I had emergency surgery, and was transferred to the post-op floor, I found the nurses to be very professional and dedicated. Of course, since there were so many people with COVID in other areas of the hospital, they were a bit short of nurses. I feel they did the best they could.
There was one nurse, I believe, who wore a heavy scented perfume. That was hard on me, as I was nauseous for so much of my stay. I would respectfully suggest that all personnel be reminded to not wear scented products at work.
I had such a wonderful experience during my visit to the Palm Harbor FSED. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, from the security guard when I entered, the radiology tech, the nurse (I m sorry I don t recall her name!) and Dr Payton. Please let them know how much they are appreciated.
I have faced many trials over the past 60 days for unknown reasons I have had many complications to my surgery I had at another hospital. I have been extremely uncomfortable but the nurses and staff of 5 east Have gone above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. They go out of their way to care for me as busy as they are they make sure to still make time for me. The management on the floor he s kind and will step up to the plate when things get overwhelming to Get things back on track. I have never met and more caring staff they all really route for me to get better and really really care. If you ever find yourself in the five E. wing of Trinity Hospital know that you will have amazing care. And if the rest of the hospital is anything like the five E. wing which I assume it is and this place certainly deserves five stars.
Went in for what I knew to be a Bronchitis issue and they tested me for flu and COVID. I KNEW I had neither but they still stuck the swabs up my nose. I didn't feel they "listened" to me as a patient.
The facility was very clean and comfortable. All staff members were polite and helpful, and made me feel welcome. I definitely recommend this facility for any needs
