Medical Billing Connection has been the billing service my company has used for the last 4 years. After numerous experiences with other billing companies I have to say that MBC is one of the best. They work diligently to make sure authorizations are current and accurate as well as well as work hard to make sure claims are sent out accurately and timely. MBC works closely with our center and with the insurance companies to make sure we stay in compliance and in good standing with insurance companies. I have had the pleasure of working with Medical Billing Connection since 2013. They are professional, efficient and timely. The team I have worked with is also extremely knowledgeable and current in terms of the ever changing insurance billing requirements, policies and they fight for approval of services and appropriate payment.
Difficult to provide a review on the success of their work as they do not return phone calls. I made initial contact with their representative, was promised a return phone call and never received it. I have left two voice messages with no return call and just left a third. I will update this evaluation should I get some semblance of service.
