Nice friendly library. A place to buy coffee. Kids section too. Pretty good, but could do with an area where you can take phone calls.

Library is crowded on Sundays and full of noisy kids, if you're here to study I advise against it.

Some of the people using this library don't seem to grasp the concept of basic hygiene and politeness.

Very nice cultural centre in The 15h arr., nice place to study or read, there is also a children area. There are also musical activities and workshops.

Great library. Comfy corner for kids with children's books for all ages, well displayed and low seating for comfortable reading.

Although it is a media library, there are also general books, and general books are available for free rental. (Media charges apply) It is well organized in a clean and spacious space and can be used safely. Those sitting at the sign-up area were impressed by the kind explanation so that they could use the Paris Public Library well by mixing French and English.
