Mediaraven is responsible for the website of various youth movements, such as JNM. It has been lying completely or half flat for weeks, sorry months. It is a pity how the poor service of this, in itself very sympathetic, organization is wiping out so much volunteer work by the youth.
One star because zero is not possible. The support is terrible. We changed packages and were assured that we could keep our email addresses. After the switch it turned out that they had all been deleted. We haven't even received an apology. We then reset everything ourselves, but nothing worked because of the change. I have already called more than 12 times. Each time they go and watch it and promise to call back. Since this always takes almost 2 days and we cannot miss our communication, I always call back first. Then comes a half solution or an extra question showing that they are either making no effort or not understanding what the problem is. I really like what they do for youth associations, but the quality is definitely below par.
Communication is outrageous, attempted collaboration with Mediaraven for a school project was a complete failure.
