Mediamax will give you a great Internship experience. Job specialization is highly preferred over rotation, that way you can become more knowledgeable and intense in expertise. They give you a chance to come up with your own ideas and experiment them to test their effectiveness. It is not just a place you wish to intern at, but work at! :-)
