BEWARE!! They will charge beyond what your insurance will cover. My cardiologist wanted me to wear this monitor to check my heart beat and said that my insurance would pay for it. After wearing it for over 2 weeks and returning it to Medi-Lynx, I was charged almost $300 over what my insurance would pay. My wife works for the State of New Jersey and we have the gold standard policy of insurance. We are in our 60's and had many medical tests. For over 15 years we NEVER had to pay for any additional charges for doctors (except for $15 co-pay) or medical procedures until I had to wear this uncomfortable devise. What a rip-off

Had a problem with my doctor getting the results back to me. Sergio at Medi-Lynx stepped up and solved the problem in no time flat. Will definitely be finding a new doctor, but am very impressed with Medi-Lynx so far.

Beware! If your doctor prescribes this for you, call your insurance company to verify that they will cover this. My insurance has always covered everything. They did not cover any of the Medi-Lynx bill. I wore this for 30 days as prescribed. Medi-Lynx messed up something, and only collect data for 17 days. Of course I still had to pay for 30 days of monitoring. I feel they are very dishonest. Their BBB rating is 'F'.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog customer service hours are horrible they do so many jobs and get paid entry level 15.00 hr if I 'm not mistaking the temp svc pay the same so no increase smh. Mgmt does not stick up for the employees especially in customer service. I was also told that all of their team leads have given 2 weeks notice they dropping like flies no structure... IT WOULD BE A NOOOOO FOR ME I WOULD NEVER APPLY AT THIS FOOLISHNESS.. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR ADVANCEMENT BUT OUT THE DOOR

Interesting to see the other comments under insurance. Had the same experience, insurance would not cover because they were out of network. No benefit verification was done by the clinic, no letter of formulary exception, nothing. Then a bill for $500 shows up with the explanation that the patient is responsible for the entire bill because BCBS denied the claim as being out of network. The clinic business office said they would take care of it because that should not have happened. Nothing was done. 10 months later another bill comes directly from Medi Lynx that they want their $500. The office (Texas Heart and Vascular) was supposed to refile. Didn t happen. Medi Lynx then proceeds to tell me that the insurance applied the $500 to the out of network deductible so the patient did receive a benefit. This is the definition of balance billing according to TX SB 1264. Unfortunately, the limit for the law to kick in is OVER $500. I have to call some shady goings on with this company. They also took their bill right up to the 1st day of the 11th month after the test. SB 146.001 in Texas declares companies can not bill for payment past that date. I hardly think this is coincidence. This operation needs to be investigated.

Think very carefully before investing in this product. Although you may have received prior authorization that you believe will cover the cost, Medi-Lynx may file incorrectly with your insurance perhaps deliberately. They have billed my insurance $4,950 for the monitor use. Calls to the company to correct how they are (incorrectly) submitting the charge have been ignored. I have made several attempts to explain that they are using the improper diagnostic code. I m ignored with a don t worry about it! We re handling it with your insurance! You don t pay that amount! I will be providing this information to the State of Texas.

Prescribed a monitor. They explained that Doctor would be notified when there was a problem. My pulse was irregular the first night and I talked to Drs office the next morning and found my pulse dropped to 36 and was irregular. The next day i called number to ask what pulse dropped to 2nd night. Told I was not privileged to that information. I want to be added to the notification list. Medical businesses need to understand that the person paying the bill is the customer. I am the customer and should be allowed to get information. If my Cardiologist is blocking this information coming to me, I will have a new one next week. You people treat patients like animals too stupid to receive information. My new cardiologist will be asked to use a company other than MEDI LINK.

This place is terrible. they were SUED "Medi-Lynx and Medicalgorithmics have agreed to pay $2.89 million" and treat their employee like trash. they throw breadcrumbs out to them just to make them feel satisfied but any other company would laugh at what they do. They never take responsibility for anything, and management is a joke. if you're good at throwing people under a bus, step right up, this is the job for you. the management has inappropriate relationships with employees, to the point where they move around departments to avoid people talking. PLEASE dont work here, they had a mass layoff last year due to "growth" and now they're hiring?? Literally any place is better than this.
