Denied me care because I had to make sure I did have Medicare or not with a possible hernia

The only local place I could find that offered rapid tests. It was quick and painless and the staff was kind and patient despite some jerks in the waiting room giving them a hard time.

One of the doctor s is very rude never seen a doctor with that behavior unprofessional I called to complain they said someone was going to get back to me no one did! Go somewhere else

Doctors are great here...Unfortunately the front desk staff are completely incompetent, self entitled, arrogant humans that have no business working in customer service. It's too bad, Dr. Patel is a great doctor and his practice is tarnished by these workers that everyone complains about in the reviews. You would think he would take a hint and clean house.

I come to medcare express for various health issues throughout the year. Usually only a couple times a year. I usually do not have to wait very long and the cost is reasonable enough with my average insurance. I do feel like Dr Patel does a slightly better job than some of the other doctors, but I have had fine experiences with the other doctors as well. The staff is friendly is helpful. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Maybe it is because my visits are usually not too complicated. The pharmacy next door has very fair prices and you can get your meds right after your visit.

Here doctors are very friendly and highly recommended ones but the staff specifically on the front desk is irresponsible and just treat you as you were there for free check up . Have to wait a long time there before you get call . They always in phone or in computer. Good service by doctors bad. Front office staff

This is absolutely the worst place to go and have anything done especially a physical. These nurses are so disrespectful and they don t listen to anything that you re telling them. I was better off going to my own doctor but I had to come to this place. So your best bet is to go to another medical facility if you can help it.And the only reason they got one star is because I had to give them one star to post this.

FYI to this facility, I was recently seen there 2x. My post is correct about you and is not far off from the other bad posts written about you as well. No need for me to verify- I was was there.

Got right in for my sons rapid covid test...but they never called with the results and they closed so I couldn't reach anyone. It would be nice to receive results in a timely manner to avoid the spread of this nasty virus during a pandemic!! He could be exposing other children that cannot be vaccinated, like himself!

Avoid this place. The lady at the front desk told me that they did not take my insurance, Horizon BlueCross, and I was charged $150.00 for my visit. However, when I contacted Horizon BlueCross, I was told that Medcare Express is in-network with Horizon BlueCross; therefore, I should have only been charged my copay of $25.00. Find another Urgent Care.

My 88 years old Mom was seen DR Mojdeh Heidari and was treated for Covid. Dr Heidari provided exceptional care, was very caring, attentive and most importantly knowledgeable. I had some follow up questions, which she patiently answered when I called the clinic. Which in itself is almost unheard of. I would definitely recommend her to any one who wants to be treated like a patient not just another number walking through the door.
