Will not stop calling our house and they leave no number to stop or remove our name. Tried calling MedAssist and no one answers the phone. Contacting Hardin Memorial to tell them that we will stop going there as patients because of using a terrible vendor like MedAssist.

They have an office in Lexington and it is staffed with the worst people I have ever met. I had to deal with them regarding my dying mother for over a year and it has been the most horrible experience. If they ever ask to be made an assistor on your case DON'T LET THEM! Since they were on my mother's case I had to work with them and they never answer the phone, they don't put in paperwork when they say they are going to. When you call them for information they act like you are a huge burden and treat you horribly. Crystal was the manager and she was the worst one of the all. She didn't care at all, there were countless forms I would fill out and she would assure me she'd send them where they needed to go and months later they still wouldn't be submitted. At one point I was calling her everyday for updates on the medicaid/medicare- this went on for months and Crystal told me every time "It takes time, the state is super slow..etc" then when I decided to call the medicaid office myself it was handled within thirty minutes! Do yourself a favor and don't use them, just do everything yourself through the medicaid office it will be so much easier for you! They are a total waste of space, time and resources at Baptist Health and I am surprised that they even have a contract with a hospital such as Baptist Health.
Stop calling me! The number above is not for a woman named Samantha from Ohio State University. Every single day 2x a day I get calls from 314-546-4XXX varying by one digit. SHE GAVE A BOGUS NUMBER! STOP CALLING.

I returned a phone call to the company stating they wanted to verify me for insurance and Medicaid qualification... I thought only the state made those determinations and I have insurance and the hospitals I have been to in the past have that information. Since she couldn t tell me what hospital they were calling on behalf of I believe this is a scam of some kind! Please do not give them any information contact your hospital directly.
