I had high expectations but found the service lacking. Communication was unclear and responses were slow, which didn't inspire confidence. The cleaning was not as thorough as promised, leaving me with some areas still needing attention. Overall, I felt I could have received better value elsewhere. A bit underwhelming. 😕
