Charlotte City Attorney needs to look into local towing company laws that he has signed off on. Overwhelming horrible reviews and reports to the BBB regarding United Towing from tax loopholes to robbing unsuspecting patrons. You should look into protecting the consumers and sign an order for ethical business practices !! Protect and serve PLEASE

What is the purpose of having a phone if NO ONE ever answers? It s disgusting and a pure shame how hard they make it to actually speak to someone.

Every time I call any office of the courthouse I almost always get a very rude person on the other end. Despite if I am being very polite and respectful. I don t understand. And it is always from my fellow sisters . Smh. It s almost as if once they hear that I m a black women they instantly change their attitude and become annoyed. Why be so rude to people who are trying to conduct business? Please train your staff on proper phone etiquette.

This entity is Prejudiced and Biased! There is no real Justice in Charlotte Mecklenburg County Judicial System.

How can anyone have real Justice in a 52 seconds Indictments in a 799+ year old system.

The same system used to Enslaved our Ancestors it's been used in Charlotte Mecklenburg.

It was Prejudiced and Biased then continues today.

Beware of The Public Pretenders (defenders) Office, influence and pressured by The Prosecutors Office pleading most Defendants.

Knownly and willingly intimidating alleged victims/witnesses in order to obtain bad faith convictions when allegations are to be false. They will try a case knowing and having evidence that allegations are to be false.
