No response at all, no one answer phone. Even after filling online form, no one contacted for 2 months till now. Never seen business that ignores new customers like this

Called them to open an account since I own a business, Someone from the "sales team" said he won't talk to me until I go online and fill out a form. Basically treated as if I needed them and not the other way around. Good luck trying prosper with that attitude in a dying market.
Filled out a lengthy form online about setting up a new account and was never contacted by anyone. I waited a couple weeks, and decided to to call instead - their phone just rings and rings. No one answers and there is no recording or way to leave a message. Pretty bad business tactics if you actually want to have customers...
Very hard to set up an account with them. I have never heard of a response back.
Very friendly and responsive. However, prices are definitely not wholesale. I can get most of these PS4 titles online or gamestop for cheaper than this.
