Customer service is not good. I have called twice to halt holiday frozen meals without success. The first time I left a recorded message. No response and no corrective action taken. The second time I talked to a real person who assured me she didn't know why her colleague wasn't answering her phone but assured me she would get the stop holiday service order processed. This week more frozen meals delivered that thawed in the refrigerator before I found them. My mother is 90 with dementia. Today I called for the third time and. Plus not reach a real person, only another recorded message. I am at my wits end, thus this negative review I rarely post.
