Customer service is not good. I have called twice to halt holiday frozen meals without success. The first time I left a recorded message. No response and no corrective action taken. The second time I talked to a real person who assured me she didn't know why her colleague wasn't answering her phone but assured me she would get the stop holiday service order processed. This week more frozen meals delivered that thawed in the refrigerator before I found them. My mother is 90 with dementia. Today I called for the third time and. Plus not reach a real person, only another recorded message. I am at my wits end, thus this negative review I rarely post.

This is such a great organization. Helping to feed over 1600 home delivered clients daily

The service they provide is one that is much needed, and the food contact service they have is Valley Services and Elior Company a wonderful company where they pride themselves on 100% Customer Satisfaction.

The Delivers are on time and his driver that does greatly appreciate his job

I am the Administrative Officer there at Meals on wheels and I find this place to be one of the greatest places to work and also volunteer your time. Meals on Wheels have a great team.

Disappointed . All I do is press buttons with no one to speak to. Keep waiting for my first delivery. Have done everything required.
