I fell in love with this one dress I tried on and just could not take it off because of how beautiful it was, but then one of the workers had to RUIN it all!! First she told me that we can only try 5 dresses (and for what reason??) and then she told me to stop and leave the fitting room because it was getting busy. BUSY?? THERE WEREN'T ANY PEOPLE AT THE STORE!! Love the dress but hate the staff so that's for the great experience
Nice dresses but NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGE! So make sure you get the correct size or a size up.

If I can give a 0 I would . One of my people just left this job because they body shame their employees. Also their manager is super rude and ignorant. Have completely no knowledge on customer service. I m a manager at a local business and we will never treat our customers and employees like how they do. If you want to be successful in anything you do. Always have a good attitude . Key to success

My daughter bought a prom dress from here.I bought it since February and sadly because of the virus I couldn't go get it but once I Called if I could get the dress as soon as possible and so I called and the mall gave me a personal phone number from a an employee , the employee gave an outstanding customer service and was super friendly with me and my daughter and also very professional.I would highly recommend this store , they have such beautiful dresses and such friendly staff. They helped with anything I needed.
