MCM Elegante Dallas, Texas was a great place to stay! Staff so friendly and accommodating! We loved the restaurant, great food! Samuel and Robert were amazing! Will definitely be staying again! 5 stars! Thank y all so much! :)
Horrible experience at this hotel. I would only give them quarter star but don t have that option. Checked in just before midnight on 7/27/2021. Room #724 found ants in the bathroom floor and counter and on the desk. Called the front desk about it and they moved us to room #725 found roaches in the bathroom as soon as the lights went on . By then we were to exhaust from out travel to move to another hotel. Seen more roaches up on getting up at 6 A.M found two in our fur babies water bowl.
Did not take them up on their free breakfast vouchers after experiencing that .
Think twice about staying at that hotel.
For an older hotel I was impressed I have zero complaints. Great value and great service! You can't beat free breakfast either! If I ever travel to Dallas again which is doubtful, MCM Elegante will definitely be the place I stay.

Nice enough. But they don t use mattress protectors. Plus our sheets had a stain on them. We checked in late and didn t feel like going through the trouble since they don t use mattress protectors anyway. While they are nice enough ppl and offer breakfast the bed would make me pass. I wouldn t recommend and will check in another hotel tomorrow
Well overall it's very nice and clean, staff was very helpful. downside there was no Bible, there wasn't a mirror above second sink and the pool closed way to early.
The pool is nice and you get 2 free alcoholic beverages after 4pm. Breakfast is alright but the kitchen staff is very slow in providing simple items like utensils. The room was clean.
Always clean. Always service with a smile. Food is good. Staff is ALWAYS willing to accommodate me whatever it takes. Prices are always fair. Wish i had a better view of the prettier side of Dallas, but that's not really something they can control. Lol
Live centipedes? Black mold? Supremely rude front desk staff? Look no further.
Have had the extreme displeasure of staying in this 4 star establishment for an event since Sunday. Trust me when I tell you, if you re a minority community member, you will not receive the same level of service as others.

Beautiful rooms with alot of space. Staff is incredible, helpful & at all times professional & courteous.
Above & beyond with 4 hours every morning serving a hot, buffet breakfast.
Pool is beautiful & open for guests.
Genuinely a wonderful experience & a great reminder of how "hospitality", "guest services/relations" & "guest" used to be a priority for businesses, particularly hotels.
