I have dealt with a few different lawyers here from the Edmonton office - Chris Lane (employment law), James Lingwood (alcohol/drugs in the workplace), Vicki Giles (employment law). I have found them to be knowledgeable, thorough and reliable. The response times - especially from James - are actually very impressive when compared with other larger firms I've dealt with. Their charge-out rates are relatively higher than most - but you get what you pay for - and I'm okay with that trade-off. They also host an annual employment law update conference (spring of each year, I believe) which is a good overview/discussion of the latest trends in employment law.

Mr. Rossall sent me an email while I was in his office to tell me that he cannot see me....Even though I booked the app 2 weeks in advance

The lawyer was a predator. Instead of doing his job in a competent manner, he screwed the case worse. The firm knew what he did, but failed to stand up for me and do the right thing. Hire them at your own risk.

***WARNING*** Do not use this firm I had 3 emails and 1 Phone conversation and was billed $2540 without them actually doing anything.

The paralegals are very proficient, very prompt and a pleasure to work with.

Called and was told he had to look into something but would call me back. After 2 months( I know I should have called back sooner ) I called back and he said oh sorry I forgot to call back. Did not seem to bothered by that.

It's very easy to give you five stars up on how beautiful the building is. But if I give you five stars by the look of the building, you won't work hard to get five stars. The weakness part of your company is poor consumer service. After all the building is beautiful.

Greasy people to try and deal with do not recommend using them tried and use scare tactics on you

Professional and caring. They acted on my inquiry right away. They perhaps could benefit from charging their clients a bit less. I am happy with the quality of their services.
