Terrible Service This company changed management a couple of years ago and since the change the new owner has been horrible. I used this company for over 20 years withou issues and the old owner Frank Witchie was wonderful. The new Owner Chris Lau has no similarity to the old owner. They have not managed to open my pool in the past two years without issues. Last year they broke a statute in my driveway and did not tell me, I had to chase them down to get a refund on the broken statute. They also failed to adjust the pool equipment properly on the opending and I had trouble with the chemical that were not properly balanced and I had to go to Leslie Pools to balance the water that was foaming for three days after the opening. This year they broke the same statute and at least they told me this time. But the person who opened the pool failed to adjust the blower for the spa jets and to remov the plugs for the jets, causing additional issues. I had to call DC Inifintiy Pool, LLC who fixed my isssues immediately and informed me they failed to adjust the blower after winterization and actually installed the lever for blower upside down causing issues. When I complained about the opening to the owner, I was accused of trying to extort money from him because we asked him to pay us for the aggravation of breaking our statute in the driveway twice- 2 years on a row. He refused to fix the problem with the malfunctioning pool equipment because he said we tried to extort money from him which is a joke. He is unethical and can't run a business. I highly recommend DC Infinity Pool, LLC who is professional and is customer oriented.
