Gross Negligence and Unprofessional Conduct – Avoid at All Costs

I am utterly appalled by the level of service — or lack thereof — provided by Michael Woods and Rowan McKeever Solicitors. What I experienced can only be described as gross negligence, and I feel compelled to warn others before they make the same mistake.

From the outset, Michael woods were telling me over a year to not contact the injury board Assessment; he was telling me that everything was under control which result in not being true, please check the picture attached, I was met with vague responses and empty promises. Deadlines were missed without explanation, critical documents were mishandled, and their lack of attention to detail caused significant delays and financial loss.

What’s worse, when I raised concerns, I was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. There was a fake apology, no effort to rectify the situation, and certainly no professionalism. Their conduct has not only jeopardized my legal matter but has also caused immense stress and frustration.

The website is informative, but service was just okay. 🤷🏻‍♂️
