No point of making appoinment at all. You always have to wait 45+ mins!!

Receptionist yelled at me on the phone because I asked the appointment time again. I just wanted to make sure the time. And she said "Jesus Christ" very loudly because I am a new patient. (Maybe a little bit more paperwork, she only had to ask me a couple of questions more).

I will not say that they are not friendly, but there are many ways for them to have a comfortable conversation, but they chose another method. I suggest if it is necessary to go there. All you need to do is double check, even the third check! Repeat what the nurse and doctor said. If they say you need to come back on Wednesday, you need to ask for an appointment, if you need to check the report, and ask when to call. Before you leave, you need to make sure that you can leave.
