Unbelievably good experience at this dealership, couldn t have asked for a better dealer than Ian Mayo. Ian is a terrific dealer and actually cares about selling you the car you want, he s willing to take calls and ensure you re satisfied every step of the way. Didn t get the name of the finance director we spoke to but he was also an incredible person to deal with and didn t try to sneak anything we didn t need, very personable and honest guy. This dealership is hands down the best in the Richmond area and I highly recommend you drive past the Toyota dealerships near you to reach this one!

Got my inspection done quickly, professionally, and without any upselling or nonsense about "finding things wrong" that weren't actually an issue. Every employee was courteous, kind, and friendly. The waiting room is pleasant with beverages, wifi and laptop/phone charging. Every employee was masked, which made me feel safe. I will only do my inspections here from now on.

McGeorge Toyota was very efficient when they inspected my car. They worked with Certified Glass, which is located within their building to the left, and inspected my car after my windshield was replaced. I was supplied with a loaner vehicle for the day. It was a Toyota Camry! This was very efficient way for me to have my car inspected and my windshield replaced in one swoop!

We just had our high mileage Highlander serviced, for the between oil changes tire rotation and multi-point inspection. It is great to have the peace of mind, knowing your vehicle has no obvious issues to a trained Toyota technician team!

My service was scheduled for 1:30 in the afternoon, rather than a 7:30 am drop and wait, which has been my experience in the past. Once my car had been looked at, I got a call advising what needed to be done at some point in the future, or at this visit if I so desired. Chad was very thoughtful and had me out of there within the hour.
