Worse customer experience ever. I will never use ...

Worse customer experience ever. I will never use Mcgee company for any repairs or service in the future. Contacted Mcgee company about an intermittent compressor issue happening frequently. Technician came out to inspect compressor. May be spent 20-30 minutes inspecting compressor got in his van and and was leaving without telling use what he found or what his thoughts were. Had to flag down technician in the parking lot and question him. Tech stated he could not duplicate issue. Tech suspected contactor or pressure switch may be the issue. I asked him to order parts and replace these parts. Installation tech (NOT THE SAME TECH THAT PERFORMED INSPECTION) came out the following day with parts in hand. Tech found loose wires at the contactor that was more than likely the issue he stated. I informed the installation tech that if the parts we ordered have a high failure rate to please replace anyway. He informed me that contactor has a high failure rate and would replace it. But was not going to replace high pressure switch and assured use the high pressure switch ordered was not needed. Later I received a bill for the pressure switch and installation . After questioning why I was billed for the pressure switch and installation of the pressure switch there technician assured me was not the issue and did not want to install. They informed me that the part were shipped to me Fedex from Mcgee??? Thanks Mcgee I guess now I have extra parts for me compressor I do not need.

As somebody from out of town, I had no idea about Colorado's traction laws. After I found out, I went on the hunt for Autosocks and McGee delivered! Most places in Denver order them and they take a few days, but McGee had the right size in stock. Rick was also great and very friendly, and even gave me tips for getting the Autosock on and off.
