Played phone tag for weeks, had to go with another company to get the job done.

Hired this company to do the foundation for our garage. They did not take the brick all the way down the side of our building and when my husband pointed out to them that the grading wasn't going to hide their mistake, they said they thought we could just back fill to it. They never offered to fix it so since our grading is to have water run away from the foundation, we cannot backfill toward the side. We had to spend 2 days cutting 220 brick fronts off the pallet they left here (that they didn't use!) and put them over the cement block. Shotty work and extremely unprofessional. Consumers beware. I am trying to upload photos so potential customers can see the quality of work done.

Unimpressed with the communication skills of the company. I've sent plans and attempted to have any sort of service or even estimates offered. Estimators continually ignore phone calls and and emails, they Lie about attempting to reach me as well - really ticked about that one. Estimators book 2 appointments within the same hour in Charlotte and Rock Hill - that's not enough time to collect information and build a relationship with a prospective customer. McGee Brothers appears to only want to handle Commercial Projects, so if you're trying to get a residential project off the ground, invest your time elsewhere.
