Bigger on the inside than it looks. Had a loved one staying here and the staff was so kind. Our car had a problem out front with our automatic door and one of the hospital maintenance men came to save the day.

If i could give zero stars i would. This hospital is horrible and so is the staffing/doctors and some nurses not all but the one i happened to get tonight, along with doctor bianchi. I have never met someone so insensitive and disrespectful in my entire life. Literally was in mid panic attack and suicidal as i have anxiety issues and the nurse and doctor both had the audacity to tell me that i was just acting out for attention and that he couldn't do anything for me. Heart rate was through the roof blood pressure was through the roof, i was gasping for air cause of my asthma but was told their was nothing wrong with me and walked away from. Pressed the nurse button several times and i was ignored and sent right out the door within 15 minutes still having issues.

I have several family members to get their Covid vaccine at your hospital.
Each one has stated how great they were treated. The way the whole process from registration to the shot it self went very smoothly. Each staff member took time to greet them and explain what would happen next. The nurses gave them information on what to do to lessen the possible discomfort from the injection, and to make a copy of their card.
I have scheduled over 20 family and friends at other locations for the vaccine and even though the experience was not bad, it was no where as nice and informative as the experience at your hospital and with your staff.
Everyone from the person who is organizing the vaccine injections, to the person who signs them in, volunteers, nurses, etc. should be praised for a job well done.
Thank you

My son had sever abdominal pain, went to The ER, then they admitted him for the next day appendectomy surgery, due to many bad reviews, I was thinking to move him to Nationwide Hospital as my brother works there as an anesthesiologist, but because my son was in sever pain we decided to go with them for surgery in the next day early morning, I am a veterinarian and was watching how they were dealing with my son, don t like to forget names but ER doctor and RN I think her name is Michelle were very professional with dealing with my son pain, admitted him in in a very short time, then we went to a room for preparation for the surgery, two RN Paul, and Mike they were so cooperative discussed all medications were given to my son, overnight they watched over him hourly, then on the surgery day RN Tamara did an awesome job, I was so stressed she was asking about my son in the surgery room and kept updated me, after surgery Dr Dugger came and talked with me about the surgery and possible complications, told me everything about surgical procedure and post surgical competition, my son came to the room 30 minutes later, was in pain RN Tamara was following him and gave him many medications, 3 hours later we left the hospital drove back to Columbus, he was about 60% normal, ate and slept 4 hours later he is 100% normal.
For sure, I do respect all bad and good reviews, but this is my experience with this place, all people that I have been dealing with were amazing, my son now after almost 12 hours from the surgery is perfect, may God bless you all, you MADE A GREAT JOB!!
Thanks

Had to get some stitches in my thumb and it took 3 hours. Nursing staff was very kind but my Nurse left without handing me my call light. They told me they were going to check for glass in my hand but didn t say I d be having an X-ray so when someone came to transport me to imaging, I had absolutely no idea what was going on. Dr told me to come back in 5 days to get the sutures removed. I drove an hour from Cincy to do that only to have a different dr tell me they needed to be in for at least another week. How do two docs at the same hospital have THAT different of timelines? Unreal
