We didn't use McClelland Salter personally, but we came into contact with Alex (female) from McClelland Salter as they were the estate agents of choice for the property we were buying. Alex was great, professional and handled the handover of keys perfectly. It had been a complicated move but this part with McClelland Salter was seamless. Alex even had a goodie bag for me to wish us luck in our new house. A small gesture but a lasting memory. 100% recommended

We recently sold our house through McClelland Salter. Matthew and his team were a pleasure to work with and resolved any queries and concerns quickly, efficiently and promptly. In all of this there was a personal touch and a genuine care for accommodating viewings around working from home and two small children with minimum disruption to our daily lives (in a global pandemic!). Genuinely had a great experience of selling our house with McClelland Salter. They were honest and trustworthy in their dealings with us, giving us honest and valuable advice. The sale has gone through in the time frame we hoped for and the team were open and transparent about all aspects of the sale. We will be unreservedly recommending to our friends and family. Without Doubt the single best estate agents in Northern Ireland. From the first instance, warm friendly and informative. Knowledgeable and professional, when they say they're going to do something, it gets done.

Communication with clients is brilliant. If i wasn't available during office hours our estate agent Julie would give me a call in the evenings to pass on the message.

On numerous occasions they went far beyond the call of duty with advice on matters not even directly related to the sale of my property. Nothing was too much trouble.

They made the selling of our home the simplest and as stress free as these things can be. All at a very reasonable price, you won't find better. I simply can't say enough good things about them.
