Mccarran Airport is a great airport, and has fast, stable public WiFi. Like so many, it's sad that so much is closed simply because of a Wuflu.

Remodel terminals.... Vending machines with one left product to buy....
McCarran airport was exciting, seeing as it was my first time in Las Vegas! The essence of gambling was in the air as soon as I got off the plane. Although I arrived on a late flight and I was exhausted, I was instantly energized by the flashy, colorful lights, large billboards, and statues along what the Las Vegans call the new downtown strip!
Very quiet at 7:00 pm going home. But the flights were pooring in while we waited for our flight to depart. It was a Friday evening.
Decent airport. Rideshare pickup is a walk & elevator.
When you requested wheelchair service and they give one person to push two disabled people.
Really nice, big, easy direction from place to place
Flew out of Southwest, and the remodel impacted the C gate. You now have to go to the A,B,D gates, then take a shuttle to the C gate where Southwest flights go out of. The airpirt needs a remodel, because it seems out of date. It's good some remodeling is taking place. The screening lines went fast, and workers were good. During this pandemic, it has a real huge impact on how few travelers there are. If you can bear the idea of getting in contact with the virus, and need to travel to visit family, then now is a good time to book that trip. Be prepared, however, that your destination may NOT have a lot of things open, so if you want to travel, I'd only suggest to go if you have family or friends to stay with and are ok with the idea of staying at home to eat.
Well, before I got on the plane my bag was intact. Once I got to Vegas and retrieved my bag from baggage claim, this was the result.
Lady rude and disrespectful to customers on Spirit on boarding lines. Giving everyone a hard time with getting on.
Since fewer people at this time it has been very efficient. It was easy leaving the airport and extremely quick when we came back home.
Very nice airport with a variety of fast food, restaurants, and bars. Luggage service is normally quick.
Beautiful, efficient one of the nicest and largest airports! Friendly, great first impression to Vegas! Plenty of food outlets, bars gifts and yes even slots... Very beautiful and spacious!
TSA had Pre check closed, which caused a lot of issues getting through security, for many people while I was trying to get through. Probably would have been better for everyone if they had Pre check open
Spacious, kept everything flowing. Moved thru security quickly and with no problems. Several checkpoints open to expedite the process
Great selection of stores before and after entering screening
It's an easy to navigate airport, right now they are doing some major construction though so I'll have to update my review after its finished. I'll make sure to include a lot of pictures to help the new people going here!
McCarran Airport was very clean and wait time was short.. Morning Departures definitely recommend.. I was advised when purchasing food and other items... The Airport doesn't accept CASH..
The airport is being remodeled and there were very few places to eat, especially breakfast.
This place was horrible, hot, few seats and people are rude especially the Southwest workers inside. Very rude people!
All your employees need to wear there face masks over their nose. Especially those pushing wheelchairs like April at B23 this am.
This is one of the few times it would be nice if there was a zero star option. I don t really know where to start but there are not any redeeming qualities of this airport. At least there are places to grab a (very very expensive) drink before a flight if you aren t a fan of flying. But believe me It comes at an extreme premium.
Also you can gamble but I certainly don t do that.
Love the view that the airport has, people are lovely however your people that ride bikes need to show more respect. While sleeping one of them pokes my head tells me to get up and that i need to leave and go to the bus. When i walked towards the gates he approached me saying if i have no buisness in the airport to leave. first off i paid my plane ticket not a bus ticket that was bull. Also. Never poke another mans head while they're sleeping. Disrespectful.
Passenger pickup was very efficient airport police are doing a great job with traffic control busier at the airport than I've seen since the beginning of the pandemic
Nice airport...though beginning to show some wear in some places....not unlike other places in Vegas which have been hit hard by Covid. Plenty of places to shop.
It's busy and TSA was only working at 1/2 capacity because of COVID. Slot machines were not being wiped down as much as they probably should be right now.
Great service... easy... slightly time consuming having to use tram to get to gate
The TSA Check is SLOW!!! We had TSA Pre check and we were told it was closed (at 12pm). What's the point of charging us for TSA Pre check?!? Took us 30 minutes to get through security. Give yourself plenty of time to get to your gate. We were 2 hours early so it wasn't a problem for us.
Security terribly inefficient. Slow slow slow compared to other airports.
For such a busy airport I think they do a good job from counter to gate. Security is pretty efficient (though some of the tsa employees need to lighten up). They need to get rid of the slot machines in my opinion.
Very clean, security check was quick and quite a few places to eat and drink
One of the better airports in the US. Always clean, airport staff is phenomenal, easy to navigate.
It was the busiest airport we've been to in months. Clean, everyone wearing masks. Several places open.
Beautiful airport with a fair amount of amenities open even amidst covid-19
Nice airport. Food is available 24hours. But very small number of laptop friendly stations. And finding outlet to charge phone feels like Easter Egg Hunt. Why? Please add electric outlets to seating areas.
You don't have the leave the airport if you want play the slots before boarding your flight. You will find lot's of shops here, starbucks and places to grab a bite to eat.
Almost got in a fight getting off the Southwest plane. The place is as trahy as the rest of vegas.
Very Good airport, looks great and is easy to use, and with it's gambling machines in the main hall, it makes you fells like you are in Vegas right from the start!
The flight attendance kept profiling me didn't like it at all. Flight was ok overall
Stores and food far from gate after doing a lot of walking on the Vegas Strip.
Most restaurants are closed at 3pm. Lots of construction inside the airport. Not real easy to get around.
Auto walkways are closed for future work 8 years from now
Well organized airport for being so huge! The staff is SO NICE and very helpful!! Can't wait to travel through here again!
Clean, and friendly staff. The only reason this is 3 stars instead of 5 stars are because of the restaurant employees. They are extremely rude, food quality is lacking compared to their on street counterparts. And they are slower than waiting for the cocktail waitress to get back when your on the casino floor. Most people who eat are starving otherwise they wont be getting any of this garbage food.
When you arrive McCarran International Airport at Las Vegas, you can feel ambience of Las Vegas from here.
There are lots of slot machines
near by each gate.
Its getting busy again but the process went smooth.
The place is very nice and clean there is a big problem about how the trains jack you up
overly crowded, dirty, covid protocol lacking, difficult navigating b/c terminal, mostly due to construction
Terminal 3 volaris .... traffic was very well handled ... all employees were very nice area felt clean and not rushed
What can you say. One of the busiest in the world. But have always had good service there.
One of my favorite airports. I love flying in and out of here. Easy to get around, friendly staff, great restaurant selections.
Even in COVID times that airport seams fairly busy. As far as organization and easy to maneuver around everything is well marked and simple to follow. And because it is Las Vegas you can gamble all the way to your gate.
Quiet and easy to navigate. Pete's coffee No long security lines. So close to our destination.
Nice airport. TSA staff were very friendly however, the food shops are very proud of their offerings. $16.50 for a soda and a premade sandwich. Not the best deal in town.
Glad we took a little extra home from the casinos. Blew the profit on airport food.
This busy airport has felt the effects of Covid -19.
Much quieter.
Very nice airport one of my top five favorites. I like this airport very much and they also do lovely food and do a large selection of a duty-free including the famous slot machines. The staff are very nice. except for the the Large security lady what a big old bird and scary but I suppose she's only doing her job. I felt very safe in this Airport and very protected. The man who checked us in to go back to the United Kingdom was very nice and was Autistic friendly as I have Autism. Great amazing airport love from Ben
It is hereby satisfied that the following (McCarran International Airport Las Vegas) is Autistic friendly and has been approved and checked by Ben
Nice enough surroundings, but at the end of the day just another airport.
Pretty good today 4/16/21. Easy shuttle from rental car center, quick trip through security. Constant PA announcements are a little annoying. Trying to hear announcements for my flight out of D53, but being drowned out by non-stop info about a flight at D19, the other end of the terminal.
Good food, souvenirs, and exhibits to bide the time while waiting for a flight. One area had 5 displays on Bonanza, another area had three cases filled with model airplanes. Save yourself a lot of money by using the water bottle refill stations by the water fountains. If you prefer flavor, buy some packets or squirt bottles before you go to the airport.
My grandson arrived to Las Vegas by plane for the first time!
Good time.
Slow Shuttle drive
Beautiful place and kids friendly! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
Airport was a good experience. Traffic flow inside and out was well maintained.
Check in and security went very smooth.
All agents and staff helpful and polite.
Mask mandate and sanitization in place. Flight on time.
An easily navigated airport to get around in. Good restaurants and shops to occupy your time while waiting for your flight out.
Every single person who thinks it's okay to not have fast food in an airport needs to be relieved of their ability to make decisions for that airport. We're already paying hundreds of dollars to fly, I don't need to be spending $12+ on a burger or burrito too.
For my first time passing through this airport, it wasn't super crowded which was nice & that's what I prefer! A lot of people were wearing masks I didn't see bare faces but then again I didn't people watch
Had to wait 30 minutes at baggage claim and another hour outside in the longest line I've ever stood in, for a taxi, just to get out of the airport. Total time between landing in Las Vegas and arriving at hotel: 2 hrs.
The food is limited to Burger King. It is old and ugly in C.
Amid CV-19 LAS decides to close terminals compressing customers in tighter spaces than is typical of airports during these times. TSA pre-check not open. - Do not recommend traveling through this airport during the pandemic.
Awesome airport.
Yes, they have slots in terminal. Including a smoking room, where you can " light up" and gamble at the same time. Giving you the Vegas experience.
Always busy p
But manageable
Security is very strict, took my license to be inspected because of slight bend. Don't go to gourmet burritos.
This airport was super dirty run down. Had to wait more than 30 minutes for a rental car shuttle. Return trip was much faster though.
- I love it not some complicated like Mpls Airport.
- Very open Spaces & many things to in the Airport while waiting.
- The Airport is perfect Location it few mils from the Vegas Strip & the Max u will pay from the Airport to any Hotel like $15 using Lyft .
- the car rental easy too ..
- Maybe not too Big but it s Amazing ,Fast & Fun .
