A few days ago I went in and had nothing but a caring staff from the start. I would like to thank the front desk, nursing staff and Dr. Martin for helping me! Everyone of you are a blessing!

Been here twice now and have had nothing but great service. The Dr's were fast and prompt on taking care of my kids.

Great service and people working there doctors and nurses are really friendly and helpful they try to see that you are taking good care of

Did you really refuse to treat a copperhead bite in your ER? "This is another BAD deal that I ve seen McAlester Regional Medical neglect. Not related incidents at all. That is ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves and rethink what they re doing. I d be scared to get treatment there or lack there of..." this was reported on FB, along with pics.

Quality of care is zilch. Because of them my Daddy is on life support in Tulsa and will be removed tomorrow.

My 4yr old had a peanut contact today and was getting worse by the minute. He was seen quickly and treated within 5 minutes. He's okay all due the quick response and professional care. Thank you McAlester Regional!

They released my brother inlaws body to his girlfriend after he passed in their emergency room and didn't notify any of the family members of where the body was taken. Then, they were very rude to the daughters of my brother inlaw when they called trying to get answers.

My cousin was brought to this hospital by ambulance. They told her she was dehydrated and had a UTI. Her bp was 250/100 and they sent her home and told her to drink lots of water. A couple days later she went to another hospital where she was immediately airlifted to OKC with a brain bleed which resulted her to have a stroke and could have resulted in her death.
I will never take another family member to this hospital ever again

Although they saved my finger and the surgeon was excellent the rest of the doctors were less than desirable to deal with. The nurses were excellent too. I can t thank the ER staff, my surgeon, and my nurses enough. The other doctors I dealt with are the reason for the 2 stars. They do not know what they are doing and put me at risk and that s all I ll say on here about that. Plus they said they would give me a copy of my medical records for me to take with as I live out of state but never did and that has severely delayed me on getting treatment at home because everyone had to wait for my medical records. Plus they made me stay longer than what was absolutely necessary because I was on my own. That was there excuse for keeping me even though I was fully capable of taking care of myself. Plus they said they d give me a taxi voucher and never did. I m not very pleased with how they handled my discharge either. They need a better system in place so everyone is on the same page.
