Worst company I ve ever bought a machine from. Customer service at sub-standard levels. Sinker EDM installer could barely hold a wrench and had no knowledge regarding the machine s operation. The trainer they sent had no people skills and could barely put 2 sentences together. After 3 days of training, I taught him more about the machine, and I came away knowing it was the last time doing business with MC Machinery Systems. Their salesman misrepresented the machines capabilities as well as their company s customer service. Basically, I was lied to in order to facilitate a sales order to the tune of over $250K. Please heed my advice and look elsewhere if you re in the market to purchase a laser or an edm machine. MC Machinery is the last company you want to do business with.
We bought a 15 year old Mitsubishi LVP laser from a dealer who contracted MC Machinery to install, start up, warrant, and provide technical support for this machine. Wow! I could not be happier with the result. I wouldn't have expected the level of service I received if I'd purchased a new machine. Mitsubishi has the staff, parts, and know-how it takes to be a top notch supporter of Mitsubishi's products. I'm a very happy customer.
