MBI, what a joke. Quit my job working 40 hours a week to leave my family and work 7 days a week. What happened, I sat and did not work. First two weeks I worked less than 70 hours a week. I did not get the training that I was promised. After the first week with trainer, I never got singed off and the trainer took on new trainee and I sat home, not working. Oh yeah, at $3 hour less then I was told I was going to make. So after that, I worked 3 days in two weeks. And NO, I didn't get payed the 40 hour guarantee either. MBI hires to many drivers and they can keep them working! No wonder they have a high turnover rate. And to make it worse, you sit and you see all the contractors MBI hires working around the clock. MBI can't keep you working, but they have a 6 month no hire policy for any contractor thats works for them. So you can't go to work for any one that has a contract with MBI, even though MBI can't keep you working. But they don't tell you that up front. Now I sit behind on two mortgages instead of just one. Thanks MBI! For all the broken promises.

I've been working for MBI for over five years now. I am thankful for a Company that takes care of my family and me. MBI is a strong supporter in the local community. Training and safety are very important to MBI. A very high tempo place to work.
