CRUST WASN'T PROPERLY PREPARED! #DOUGHY! PASTA WAS CHEWY! #NASTY

Great customer service and order was ready when I arrived

Ordered a side salad with southwest ranch, the loaded cheese dippers, and chicken Alfredo online for delivery. It was ontime, I ordered in advance for a timed delivery. My food was decently hot, but the cheese dippers were lacking of the star ingredient, just a little light on the cheese, and were somewhat dry. The pasta was overcooked and mushy in spots, the salad was great, but all in all I enjoyed my meal.

I. Can't. Stop. Eating. This pizza. It is so good. The customer service was fantastic and the delivery was so much faster than I expected. Even when you go in to order its ready within 15 minutes. I like to wait a little bit because great things take time.

They put less toppings than other mazzios I've been to. But I will say the last time I went there it was okay so I'm giving it 3 stars.

Very disappointed that i ordered a pizza, salad, and cinnamon sticks with 2 orders of ranch and 1 vanilla icing... To receive 3 cups of ranch and no icing... Why is it that this location manages to screw up EVERY order we place? Everytime something is wrong and its like nothing gets done to avoid future mistakes. Not gonna make another delivery order with this location again.

They are good sometimes and not good others but I still order from them so it's eatable

West Edison has to be the worst Mazzios location! Every time I order from them, there's an extra 20min wait! My food is always burnt, and half the time it barely has toppings on it. The lack of communication with customers is ridiculous! How can you order 2 pizzas at the same time, yet they finish 20min apart? I've already left comments on your main site, but that does nothing but send a coupon for some crusty loaded cheese dippers that aren't loaded with anything but deception! IF YOU CAN, GO TO THE MAZZIOS DOWNTOWN!!! Their attitudes are much better, and they will actually fix any problem you have with your order.

They need to work on the taste of their food. The fries was the only thing that tasted good. Everything else was horrible. If I visit Tulsa again I will not eat here

Wings overcooked. Breadsticks w cheese overcooked. Pretty sure the pizza is overcooked as well but I've given up.

Also asked for water & they told me they don't have water.. WHAT RESTAURANT DOESN'T HAVE WATER???

I waited over an hour to get my two medium pizzas. It was ridiculous! They hadn't even made them after 40 minutes of waiting in store... these guys are amateurs that dont care about what they are doing at all. The manager could really do a better job. I love the pizza but it really bums me out that I have to deal with these people to eat it again. The girl at the front desk was sweet and the most pleasant employee there.

Please tell the employees that cook n box the pizza to start putting the white sleeve between the cardboard n pizza in. It leaves the box n pizza greasy..soggy

Have had alot of heart burn so give up on pizza products

Got a pizza Tuesday a stuffed crust pizza I paid for pepperoni bread stuffed crust and sauce there was no cheese on the pizza at all just sauce and pepperoni worst pizza ever never will go there to eat again I don't care if they selling that garbage for a dollar done with mazzios

Great pizza and services as all and the works was very nice.

I had a calzon it was burnt around the edges and hardly any meat.

Everything was excellent!! Ease of ordering online, and the quick delivery service was awesome! The food was amazing!! Will definitely order from this place again when I'm in town

A local favorite for sure. I have such fond memories of Ken's pizza growing up in Tulsa. Try the Ken's versions, you'll see what I mean. To be honest, they're all good. Better than your Dnos or Phut any day.

Got our order and "delivered" it. Meaning, they took our money and never delivered a pizza. Never had this issue once with the Sand Springs location nearest to this one. Call center was closed before the store was even and the lobby was closed(not the issue here). Let me call the damn location, Mazzios. Now they're both closed and no damn pizza.

The worst experience i have ever had first off they brought me the wrong order then they tokd me they would correct their mistake and they never showed up but they sure did collect my money off my card never again

My food is always good & cooked right. I ve never had a problem with this location. The staff have always been really nice to me no matter who was working that day.

Good place for dinner if you dont feel like cooking.

They have messed up our order three times. Almost every time we order from the Edison location either the fries are ice cold or they are burnt to a crisp. An the sandwiches are cold and soggy along with the pizza I would not recommend this place to anyone. Or it's the wrong order all together.

I just order from here a large two topping pizza they cut the pizza to thin I felt like they rushed the order the cinnamon sticks or drenched in grease they could have drained them more and my calizone was coming apart they forgot my ranch for a 30 minute wait and 30 dollars gone to waste never again will I order from u guys ps

Best Pizza in town..The ranch sauce is awesome & 6 cheese pasta is yummy.

A week ago the pizza barely had cheese on it. I asked for substitution on the coupon i was using since the last order wasn't right, but no they refused. Cinn sticks that i wanted are same price if not cheaper than cheese sticks. Tonight More

Only did takeout here. It was acceptable service and acceptable food. Nothing to write home about but I would go back!

I placed a delivery order to this location at 8:30 pm. It is now 10:51 pm and I still haven't gotten my food. No call to update me on the status or anything. The Mazzio's call center already refunded my money. This is ridiculous. I love Mazzio's but do not recommend this location at all. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have used the same Mazzio's on West Edison for the past 14 years out of necessity and delivery options. As nice as the majority of employees are...THEY SUCK! There approximately 3 managers that actually know how to cook. The other employees don't care! 8 times out of 10 they mess up your order and food! Mazzios desperately needs an overhaul!

The pizza was great but the restroom was not pleasant.

Took over hour and half for order to be delivered chicken cold, pizza cold, fries wet and cold. Worst customer service experience as well have me $25 credit on my account "if I don't like their delivery service pickup myself at another location" defeats purpose of Delivery truly avoid mazzios now we are scared of food poisoning.

I moved from Bixby to West Tulsa and the difference in the food is amazing. Shout out to the west side team for actually caring about how they prepare the food!! Wonderful!

Really great pizza, ranch is great too, BUT!! One time I ordered and it had been an hour so I called and it ended up being rescheduled. An HOUR later I called AGAIN, and it had been TWO HOURS and i finally got my pizza, we ended up getting it for free but you know, two hour old pizza :l
