I think I was kinda lucky that I could visit there with my Polish friend and she managed to break the language barrier. When I visited there, most of the workers couldn't use English that well, but tried their best to support me. Thanks to this organization, I was able to get the duplication of my visa(I lost my passport with std visa in other country). If you recognize your purpose of visit and find the relative office, you don't really need to wait in a queue.

0 stars. Slowest government office in terms of working. Only 1 person is in charge of the passport applications and no proper communication with no phone lines, living in the last century communicating by post. Must be improved with added staff and friendly attitudes with proper communication methods and speed of working.
They should learn from their own because there are only 2 nice and friendly people working in that line who should be appreciated for their hard work and niceness.

I have been waiting for my card more than one month since the decision has been taken. Very slow service.

One of my smoothest experiences with polish government as a foreigner. The security guard pointed me in the right direction and the English speaking staff at the EU desk did a great job helping me submit my application and making sure everything was there/correct :)

A place that will make you realize that you should have immigrated somewhere else.

Pretty much if you want to know how does it feel to be anxious, angry and helpless at the same time, this is the place for you.

When I came there were not many people. I came with an attorney who handled most of the talking. The only hiccup was the finger print machine did not work until many tries.

I was came here to request for recidence permit and was handled by officer Emilia B. She was really patient and helpful. She gave me very clear explanation on how to fill the form etc.
And she speaks english really well..
To whom taht will have the same purpose, I suggest you to read all the information in the gov.pl from there you will be prepared better and pay the fee before you visit this office, because they will ask the payment receipt anyway. If you decide to pay in the cashier of this office, the queue is ew !
