If there was a possibility of giving 0 stars, I would have done it. There have absolutely no idea of how to work in the given time frame. There is no way to communicate with them properly. Their "kolejka" website, never works and never lets me ever register for any appointment. They say decision of passport takes minimum 1 month, and maximum 3 months, and I have been waiting 8 months and nothing yet.
Finding an office that deals with a trusted profile was not possible. Nobody knows where you sit who takes care of it.

This one star is too much. The Department of Foreigners of this Office is a farce. The form of contact only via the contact form is a failure. Answers not adequate to the problem, very general, I never answered the question. An application for employment of a foreigner submitted in February in the month of June does not know what is happening to him and at what stage it is ... there is no possibility of real contact and finding out information.

If you are looking for the regional office - the entrance is from Solidarnosci street. The door is labeled as the F entrance.
I hope it will save some of your time, as it is a struggle to find it the first time.
The lady at the entrance reception is not one of the friendliest, but the lady who works in the Foreigner department was professional and helpful.

The lady at the reception is probably not satisfied with the salary of my taxes. Does ANY case that I want to do in the office must have bad humor? In a private company, she would work with such an approach for max one day.
If all the offices were able to demonstrate such a degree of interpersonal understanding and forgiveness, they would live perfectly. This is one of the best offices I've ever been to, especially the department for foreigners and citizenship.
