Apparently it was a good campsite a few years ago, today we see that the toilets are getting dilapidated and certainly poorly maintained, I just went by just after cleaning in the morning and there is still urine on the floor. There is a sorely lack of rules, everyone does what they want in the pool, children are in the lagoon-type river which is prohibited for them. Lots of noise and music at night. A lot of waiting at the reception and very expensive. I would have put two stars for a 3 star but 5 anyway ...

Holidays in August 2020. Bungalow well located but not clean when we arrived (bottles of wine behind the sofa in the living room, dust). Responsive maintenance service. Too bad the WiFi is not free for a 5 star hotel. Decent pools but lack of water games for the little ones. Only one key per accommodation, annoying when we come together.
I say yes ! Supermarket spar, small clothing store, and especially irreproachable massage parlor. For families, there is acrobranche, small go-karts and activities along the lake. For young people, the basketball courts, the pool and the gym. The animators are present to set the mood. Thank you again and yes it's really a good holiday in perspective.
Change of clientele since last year, first week correct, but the second we hit rock bottom, Racaille at the rendezvous. No selection of customers, the main objective of the management being to fill the campsite.

I do not recommend it to families with teenagers; they are not allowed to do much in the evening, the rules being too strict, no noise allowed after the lights are out, even on the beach where there is no noise pollution for holidaymakers. On the other hand, we do not hesitate to wake up before 9 am to the noise of the mowers or the karcher.
Otherwise a nice infrastructure and a great entertainment team, well done to Julien and all his team who, unlike the security service, is very efficient.

Super awesome campsite, super friendly people in all services, can not wait to return this year for 15 days. Happy hour at the bar not to change during the aperitif games, and what is also top, we can eat at the restaurant while enjoying all the entertainment at night. Nice place. Well shaded. Nice swimming pools. Beautiful beaches. Well stocked grocery store. Souvenir shop and clothes very well. Superb cycle paths. Very pleasant and rather family atmosphere.
Very well located campsite, near the ocean and direct access to the lake. Beautiful internal services (swimming pool, sanitary, playgrounds and shops) and external (tree climbing, paddle, sailing ...). Small downside: paying wifi while other 4 and 5 star Tohapi and Amac campsites offer 4 free accesses per family. And we will have to think about changing the 8-person tents which are really at the end of their life. But a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful campsite. Fairly large and clean pitches. Smiling and very helpful staff. Small flat I have never seen the deckchairs around the pool being disinfected. Everyone takes a deckchair as soon as they are free. No product is available to clean it.
Very nice campsite with multiple activities for young and old between lake, tree climbing, swimming pool etc ... a very warm staff with special mention for the pool supervisors who, despite the reluctance of the permanent deckchair squatters with their empty towels, allow a rotation and therefore availability of pitches at the edge of the superb Basins.
Just 3 stars (perhaps related to the opening of the season) just clean when arriving, no bedside lamp, TV that works very badly, cold shower on Wednesday (gas), floor shower that flows in the DRC ... Thanks to Chrystelle, the director, always nice, present on all fronts, listening to holidaymakers, and keeping a smile despite the insults made directly to his person, it is shameful and disrespectful! Thanks to Jeremy that we could often meet at the turn of an alley! Thanks to Gaby from the restaurant and all his nice team (we ate there before we left, it was excellent), to Anne and Olivier from the Carpe Diem shop (obliged to find our happiness), to Anthony and the girls of the pool, as well as all other services (mini-market, SPA, hairdressing, bike rental, housekeeping, technical service and security) !! The hut on the lake and the night market three times a week is a real plus for a great holiday !! And finally thank you to the whole animation team led by Olivier !! In constant degradation. The balneo corner is in principle prohibited to under 18 years. In fact children have made it their playground. It screams, it screams, it splashes. ... Presence of thirty very respectful gypsies: they bathe with their shorts and underpants underneath. Very hygienic! However the lifeguard does not say anything and lets go. He lets everything go by the way. ... A dirty diaper drags on the parking lot for three days ... You said a five-star campsite? ?? The good joke! !!!

So to sum up very disappointed with this stay and I will not advertise it, nor come back. Our stay in Mayotte disappointed this is not a campsite for children in low ages nothing apart from a turtle that has not worked for 2 days very small indoor pool. .. on the other hand responsible animation awesome nothing to say bravo mr jo and magalie. Sanitary very very clean. .. staff not always nice damage. It would be nice to have a place at the pool with 4 or 5 sun loungers in the shade. .. as well as beach access for the disabled. .. because even access with stroller almost impossible. ..the person in charge of the supermarket not nice at all almost injurious bravo for a manager he indicated to us that he worked him .... conclusion apart from the sanitary which his own and the animators super nice not to mention the massage that my Husband gave me that was magical by fanny thank you maid. ... do not take the expensive wifi and not really work .... we will not come back
I have just returned from an unforgettable stay where I really enjoyed the very well maintained and very well organized camping village. There is something for all tastes and especially for young people (every day an evening ending at midnight or even more with the disco twice a week Wednesday and Friday). Difficult to sleep before midnight unless you are far enough from the entertainment. Small nice market in the campsite 3 times a week, hairdresser, shop, mini-market, snack bar, restaurant, video games rooms, weight training, beauty treatment center, laundry ... Very large campsite, similar to a village. The animators are very competent and very attentive. Nice swimming pool but the slides are simple for a campsite of this size and like everywhere, difficult to find a free deckchair but fortunately we do not wait too long. The lake beach is small and very good for young children who will have their feet long, long ... Only downside, the planes from the military base on the other side of the lake which pass 10 times a day and sometimes fly very low from 10 am to 11 pm sometimes. but hey, it's bearable.
We went there twice in June. Super, clean campsite, adjoining lake, 3 pools + waterslides. The children are delighted. Nice activities. Only flat pity that the supermarket is not open continuously all day!

Departure for our first vacation for three !! Reception: Good reception, and the request for a quiet mobile home has been respected. Mobilhome: Housekeeping: generally clean, we rented a mobile home for 4/6 people and we have a small fridge .... very practical with a baby ... not mentioned in the description. Car location; located on the side of the MBH (for others a place is allocated not far from the mobile home), very small but given that we have a small car it is fine ... No small "welcome" kit as we could find elsewhere, like a roll of toilet paper, a sample of washing up liquid + a trash bag ... surprising for a 5 *. There is a recycling bin in the MBH, very practical and very good idea. Entertainment: Top, choice for everyone, nice and friendly team. (I'm not going to talk about the host who talked about sodomy *** during the aperitif game at 7 p.m. where we go with the children, and beware of the nasty humor, it will not pass with all in short ... let's move on. .) Black point: the restaurant where the entertainment takes place is not cleaned the next morning, so if you want to have a drink, it will be with the waste. Swimming pool: Very nice aquatic complex, slides adapted for children (and adults!) An opening from 9 am to 8 pm would be a plus.
Bar / Catering: Ahhh our greatest ... DECEPTION ... no opening hours posted, but do not come for a drink in the afternoon: it's closed ... very expensive prices, a interminable wait (in general, in restaurants we do not all eat at the same time to be able to have people available to serve!), a manager who only knows how to spend his time smoking his cigarettes and yelling at his staff ( no no it's not exaggerated, the world of catering is difficult but first, you still respect your team, and second if you have something to say, say it in the kitchen and not in front of customers, well done the image, I had to apologize to the young man who had just forgotten to serve me a knife because I felt bad for him ....) Snack: Very very welcome, there the customer is king without any problem !! A bit expensive but very good pizza. Spar: open from 8:30 am, perfect for hot pastries. Very acceptable prices. Bike rental: indeed, open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sufficient for a half-day rental in the morning or for the day. Very nice person.
If there are things that we have not covered such as fitness room, trekking etc ... no opinion because we have not used / practiced them.
Overall if we forget the bar / restaurant, the campsite is nice, the aquatic complex is really their strong point. But far from putting the 5 * stars for OUR EXPERIENCE.
Soon a new booking because we enjoyed this campsite and its immediate proximity to the lake. Locations more or less spacious, report the size of your equipment before confirming! Staff very friendly, some parts of the campsite are still a bit noisy!

Clean and spacious campsite and bungalow. Warm atmosphere with a very dynamic, very committed and "attentive" animation team. Thank you to them for the good times spent: evenings, choreography, mini club, swimming etc. We will come back !
1-arrival: 2 hours of waiting to collect the keys .... Zero organization 2 - cleaning not done (bores of previous people in a ball on the beds, fridge not cleaned at all and I will give you the state of the toilets and the floor ...). On the water park 1 slide out of 4 that works, a swimming pool closed to the public because not treated at 12:30 pm! Not to mention the tufts of hair that get caught between your fingers when you swim and a lifeguard who is already bored with his work at the start of the season ... In conclusion, it would be better to prioritize the quality of services (especially cleanliness !!!) rather than profitability. In ten years of camping, this is the first time we've seen this. This campsite is absolutely not worthy of five stars.
Very disappointed with the cleanliness of Home mobiles. Housekeeping not done. Dishes missing and found dirty in the drawers. No mattress pad provided. WC door system broken. Have made a complaint during the stay and came 1 day before departure. We asked for compensation for compensation that we were refused. This rental concerns a mobile home for 8 people. Camper for many years, we were very disappointed with the lack of seriousness of the administrative employees.
An excellent campsite with very good facilities, especially the pool slides. I was at Easter and there was also evening entertainment and it was quite good. I have been coming to this campsite for 8 years and I find that this place, which was wonderful, slips into the middle: discounted entertainment, regularly cold sanitary water and to fill the whole internet that does not work. Knowing that the internet is the main criterion for teenagers !!! Internet does not work even with a package near the campsite, cutting the jammer would be a commercial gesture for us to use our packages. I think after time of time it is time to change and go elsewhere I will not come back here, unfortunately profitability is the reason for everything
A very beautiful environment with the lake. On the other hand very noisy after midnight. Butts and various papers lying around. Sanitary clean but aging, missing glasses, damaged tiling and unstable drain grid in the showers. Quality animation. Trade and pleasant walking. Beautiful swimming pool and balneo area. A refresh of some building will avoid feeling of old ... On 6 nights, 3 very noisy nights difficult to rest.
