Go there couple times a year fantastic high end buffet

Food was bland buffet mush. Even the prime rib was flavorless and unseasoned. Sleuth is a dated poor screenplay. Even though the actors tried it wasn't to be saved

Go see sister act it is fantastic. I never enjoy the food anymore there right beef is always cold ...no great salads just your basic ones .if you can eat the desserts they are heavy on those the cookies are great

The ability to go to a theatre, dine and watch a play is awesome. Definitely a lovely evg for oneself and significant other, or with friends and their partners, like we did. The stage setting for Sleuth, we all agreed, was exceptional. The actors carried the show well and we enjoyed this rendition of a play that has been around for many years all over the world. We did feel the food was good but not great. Take your loved one out for a special evg, I highly recommend.

The buffet here is amazing. Best prime rib you'll find anywhere. Tons of variety. Plenty of unique items as well lots of classics. Great desserts too if manage to save room.

The shows are mostly great. The musicals are always a hit. Very talented performers doing all your favourites. The comedies can be a little hit or miss but some are tear jerkingly funny. Even if you get the odd mediocre show, you're still gonna have a great time.

The service at the Mayfield Dinner Theatre is excellent. You'll have both a server and a busser that will take great care of you. They keep the drinks and waters full and clear your plates asap. Great service.

First time going. The show and menu was what caught my attention. The show was amazing! The food was excellent for a buffet... so many varieties to choose from. Great staff and prompt service. Will definitely go again!

I went to the Mayfield for opening night of Playing with Fire. I am not a hockey fan, but what a story. Awesome actor. Wow. All the staff did an amazing job given all the unknowns they were faced with on the first night opening with completely new processes to deal with. Great job guys. Food was excellent as always. I appreciated the brief wait for dinner. I enjoy being in that room so much. It's so comfortable. The additional time was welcomed. In this day and age of all the snowflakes out there being offended by their own shadows, I for one can handle hearing a few swear words if its necessary to create an accurate experience. Especially in live theater. Thank You so much to the owners of the Mayfield, the actors and all the wonderful staff for opening up for us. I needed that night out more than you know. I will definitely be keeping my seasons tickets. See you again soon. Aaron.

This venue for dinner theater is a fantastic opportunity for watching live theater and have a great buffet style supper.
On this visit, Two Good Knights was playing and it was a superb performance.
The buffet includes many of the same items with a few items of variety. Be sure to hit up the carvery for a nice cut of prime rib roast.
The only thing I am not fond of is the bench seating for the booth tables. The top rim is edged at a very awkward hight which in turn makes the seating experience unenjoyable for long performances.
Otherwise I love the programming offered at this theater and the food is excellent.

This was our first visit since COVID-19 started. It was such a wonderful treat to get to enjoy live entertainment again. We really appreciate all the safety precautions and we felt very very safe! Our meal was delicious, the service was warm and friendly and the entertainment was fantastic. What a treat!!

Excellent service. It,s always great entertainment. However the prices are going up every year and it,s always so cold in there.

Went there for the Canada 151 show. It was fantastic and the food was great. Highly recommend and i will be back.

So much fun, we've done it twice as a group now and we always enjoy ourselves. And the food is so delicious as well!

Show was not worth the money

The front desk lady was so rude!!! Completely unhelpful and a total bag!!! So so so unimpressed. We had people last night that were amazing but this morning she was horrible!!!! Grrrr April 21st 2017 helen

Food was great. Show was enjoyable. Too much song less acting. But was okay.

Older crowd. The food is pretty good, seating excellent, and the location is very convenient. A bit of a pricey night out, but it makes for an OK date night once in a while.

Outstanding show, great eating; only negative thing I have is the booths are not very comfortable however viewing of stage was excellent from them.

Play was enjoyable -" I Love You - You Are Perfect Now Change". Buffet had a good variety and everything was tasty. Servers are great.

We say the ladies foursome. The food was good, the play was horrible. We left at intermission.

The buffet was good, it was a brunch theme. The best Neil was the eggs benedict for me! The desserts were really good. They had a bread pudding with banana and chocolate chips that was delicious! The service was outstanding! Our server was on point with the coffee and water and clearing the table! The show was unreal. It was the 80's themed one. There was lots of laughs, around 50 songs, and a Bill and Ted themed skit in between the songs. Really well done and highly suggested to go!

Great performances but the variety and quality of food have diminished over the past few years

Food is excellent. Seating good and the service is excellent. All the shows we have seen have been very entertaining.

The show and food was excellent. The staff were very attentive . i have been attending Stage West from when John Kachkar started at the Mayfield Inn. Many changes how ever much for the better. To all of the staff keep up the excellent work.

The Edmonton Realtors Association recently hosted events at the Theatre and it was amazing. The staff were outstanding, the venue was ideal and the food served was perfect! If your looking at host business events the Dinner Theatre is an excellent choice. A+++

We were disappointed with the food selection. We missed the warm seafood selection.

Food is always great and service is fantastic. Shows - I'd say 4 out of 5 are good, especially the music tributes. Soul Sisters was the only disappointment as it was way to short ( by 30-40 minutes) compared to other performances.

The buffet was excellent, such a good selection of food, well prepared and had something for everyone.

And then on top of just a fabulous dinner the show was great, a lot of laughs.

The buffet at Mayfield never disappoints! It is always full of amazing dishes. The Yorkshire pudding with roast beef was amazing.

We have always had a great time when we go to their shows.

Absolutely best experience! Great venue! Was so nice to have our own booth. Service was incredible... very polite, friendly, and courteous. Our waitress made us feel like royalty and was extremely attentive! Show was hysterical! Felt like I was watching a Broadway show!!! And buffet meal was incredible!!!! So much variety and chefs were so nice! We will spread the word and be back for sure...soon!!!!

The performers/musicians are fantastic. We ve never been disappointed and each time we see them, they re better than the time before. Definetly worth it.

There s nothing better than a delicious buffet and an awesome show to watch while you re digesting an amazing meal. I ve seen a few shows here most recently the million Dollar Quartet. Great sound, great lighting just an overall good feel. The staff are great too.

Been coming here for years now through my works Christmas party. Absolutely love the buffet every year, and haven't seen a show yet that wasnt up to par!

This is our getaway 5 times a year as we are season ticket holders for years. A wonderful buffet and fantastic show.

Wonderful theatre located in west central Edmonton. Most years feature 5 shows, 4 musicals/musical comedies and 1 comedy. Prices are relatively inexpensive when you consider that you are seeing a show and the excellent buffet always featuring roast beef and a large selection of hot dishes, sushi, salads, cheese tray and of course desserts. You need to book well in advance to get the best choice of tables, but many nights tables are available on the day of the show.

Great buffet. The show was worth it and I can't wait to go back
