I can't recommend The Mayfair Cleaning Company enough. After a cold call from their company, and frustrated with our cleaning company at the time, we decided to give the Mayfair Cleaning Company a try cleaning our offices instead. Immediately we found out what good customer service and cleaning standards should be and have been delighted with them ever since. We have used Mayfair for office cleaning and periodical deep cleaning work over the past 3+ years and have always received a top notch service! The area manager is on site frequently, ensuring the job is being done to the high standards we require. Whenever there is something that needs discussing, the area manager who has looked after us from the beginning, is easily contactable and should we need it, the further management team are on hand too. Very polite and professional company - would 100% recommend.
Having used Mayfair Cleaning Company for the company I work for for a few years, I can honestly advise to go with another cleaning company that will actually care about customer service. Time after time I have had to chase our Area Manager which should not be the case, I should not be having to chase someone we are paying a service for. They made mistakes with our invoices, trying to charge us for their orders for their own office, they placed bulk orders for items we did not need and nor us nor our cleaner requested, meaning our monthly charges were through the roof.
Upon the end of our contract there was no handover from MCC, they didn't return the keys that our cleaner had handed them until I prompted them and asked that they be returned, and they advised our sanitary bin would be collected on a particular day, so I arranged for the replacement on the following day, and they collected it two days early.
There was problem after problem with MCC, but I have now found a cleaning company that have already gone above and beyond.
Avoid at all costs!
I wish I could give no stars at all to The Mayfair Cleaning Company! We had a lot of problems with this cleaning service for which we pay an extortionate price: rubbish left in the premises and on the tables, botched job obviously, . I addressed the manager to solve this, he changed cleaners twice in 2 weeks before notifying us. Things settled for a couple of weeks then went the same again, and we had to chase them, with a strong will to termintate our contract. The area manager changed then as an alleged attempt to make things better. But it remained the same. 4 strikes for their horrible service and breach of contract, but they still don't want to acknoledge it. No communication with us, botched job, horrendous customer service, one advice: just avoid Mayfair Cleaning Company.
